Perfect place for pilgrims. The price for the location is very good. Easy check in, good communication and fast replies. The window didn't open only half- it was or closed or fully open to the street.

The room was dirty. Dirty floors, a very mildewed shower and the bathroom ceiling had massive mildew problems. A water leak had clearly happened in the past and they didn't replace the ceiling. It was very hot in the room and the floor fan was broken.

A beatiful place at good Location

nothing Arrived to find just a locked street door. A man was outside in the street he told me he had been there an hour trying to get in. I called the telephone numbers displayed but no one answered. Some moments later I received a call from a man who spoke only spanish. He explained, with great difficulty, that I would receive a whatsapp message, I had to open this and follow a link to a web page that gave me an access code. Once inside I found my room which stank of stale cigarette smoke. Once again to the telephone, another difficult conversation in spanish, but I was given another room. ´Room´ is not really accurate it was no bigger than a cupboard. The single bed had a few centimeters of space around all sides just enough to get in and out. If there is a minimum legal size for a prison cell it must be bigger than this. The shower, mixer could not keep a constant temperature changing from scalding to freezing, the drain did not work and the tray quickly filled to overflowing. Can it get worse? yes. Half an hour in the bed and I was bitten half to death by fleas. I tried to sleep on top of the bed but the room was too cold as there was no heating. Two days later and I am still scratching.
