The room was nice a clean, and we enjoyed having breakfast at the garden! A great place to stay in you’re visiting the area!

Annalisa was an excellent host and allowed us to use our poor Italian. The location was perfect to everything. Close to the Coop, the Abbey, Centro Historico and truly everything was walkable from Gli Archi. The accommodations were beautiful and great care was taken to ensure we were comfortable. It was like we were staying with Family. We will definitely return when we are back in the summer. There is nothing not to like.

The staff was super accommodating to us and very friendly. We had to get up very early the morning of our departure, hours before breakfast service started, and our host got up, made us delicious coffee and presented a very good breakfast. The room was recently renovated, very large bedroom and very large bathroom, quiet and clean. Very nice view of the B&Bs garden, which we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy. Was a little hard for us to find, signage very discrete. But I was all turned around by the time I found the parking so probably more a reflection on me.

The landlord is very enthusiastic and patient, the room is clean and tidy, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. Recommended!

Very clean and big rooms - the bathroom is almost as big as the living room itself. Excelent and super friendly staff. Very tasty breakfast with homemade cakes. Nice location close to many restaurants. Once you get there, the owner gives you plenty of info on what to do and what to eat in the area. I highly recommend this place!

I liked the old traditional look combined with modern. The rooms were spacious, great hosts. It was too noisy at night. There was no air conditioning so we needed to keep windows open for some fresh air.

This place is extremely clean. Good big bed with medium softness. Nice shower with strong water pressure for both hot and cold water. Excellent Tuscany breakfast. The host is super nice. NA.
