Umda Hotel Montana

The staff of that hotel tried their best to facilitate us. But the hotel itself had some issues. I will mention it down below. •The rooms were not as I saw in photos. They weren't so clean. The sheets especially, also, that we had to mattress put them on floor to sleep. Since, the top bunk bed was about to break. • The mattress were also very thin, the room was wet. • •The electricity kept going out, the heater took so long to warm our space. • We had to complain so many times, yet no response properly. • in the morning, they overcharged for food, and they gave us a harsh treatment.

Had the best experience staying there! The rooms were neat and clean with the amazing views of nathia gali. The staffs were courteous and helpful

The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. A special mention for the manager, who went out of his way to help and made us feel truly welcomed. His genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference.

Rooms were neat and clean, the staff was very cooperative. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Prices are reasonable too, compared to other nearby hotels.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel, charged me 15K for 2 nights, I ended up checking out the very next morning, nothing to like about the hotel. The room was messy, wifi wasn’t working, had a TV but it didn’t work, asked to change the room but the staff said that TV’s in all the rooms aren’t working so no point in changing the room, paid for 2 nights and checked out the very next morning, horrible experience.

View. Heating was not free although mentioned in the room facilities. Water and Hot water was not available in the washrooms

The hotel provided free parking, which was very convenient for our road trip. The terrace was a great place to hang out in the evening with a stunning view of the mountains everything was perfect!

The free toiletries and towels were a nice touch. The rooms were very clean and well maintained A bit of noise from other guests at night.

The staff was very helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable too.

The hotel has a terrace with a fantastic mountain view. We sat there for hours, enjoying the fresh air Nothing, everything was great!

friendly staff and perfect location

This is my third time staying at Umda Hotel Montana, the first stay was perfect, second stay was good but there was commode issue which the staff had fixed in an hour after our check in. My third stay was spectacular and Mr Mufeez and adeeb was there to assist me all the way along. My only complain was that it was very cold so its better to bring lots of warm clothes in the winter snow season. Heaters they provide but sometimes it becomes so cold

My kids loved the bunk beds in the room. Our room was upgraded from deluxe to superior and we were also given discount
