Beds were really comfortable and very good size, 2 pillows per person! Room & communal areas were clean. Extra facilities such as games & books for children a nice touch. Ample parking, late night access. Staff were really lovely & helpful. We only had breakfast but good choice of breakfast items & hot food was cooked fresh. Good location, easy to find & next to a shop for late night supplies. Very close to New Quay & surrounding areas without it being too busy. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable rooms. Nice location. Breakfast fab and arranged a late checkout for us which was greatly appreciated. Evening dinner lovely too It’s noisy with the windows open.

Hot showers, nice and helpful receptionist, breakfast nice apart from tea and coffee machine temperamental/ out of order. Not the cleanest! Bottle Cork and plaster under the bed as I checked if we left anything! Bed really soft and gap in the middle - bit uncomfortable for all in our group, breakfast no fruit at all on first day.

I requested a gluten free breakfast, they provided to our needs. The full breakfast was very hot The toast was on the plate with the full English, no side plate and clean knife to use butter and marmalade/jam.

The room was modern in style, very spacious and sunny; the breakfast was excellent! The bathroom was large, but in my opinion, it needs a bit of updating.

Very clean, but perhaps a bit dated. Ours was a very nice sized room, with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were attentive and made us feel immediately welcome. The breakfast was really good, I enjoyed the full English and my wife poached eggs, well cooked. The evening meal was also good value for money, especially an at the height of the holiday season. Easy access to the local area. We found the bed too soft for us.

Lovely staff. food was plentiful and delicious. Bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of free parking on site. Bathroom door didnt lock. Shower was very hot and reduced to a trickle on a cooler setting.
