Run down, gross motel. Stayed here because it was the only hotel available due everything else suitable in the area being booked. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and everything was damaged, sticky, stained, and just down right nasty. Will NEVER stay here ever again.

continental breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. which is way too early for breakfast to be over especially when check out isn't until 11:00. also, when we arrived after a very hot summer day, the air conditioning in the room was not on at all and the room was very humid and hot and stinky! once the air was on for about an hour, the stinky smell went away thank God. not the best experience we've ever had. not the worst either though.

Price, the location, close to alot of food choices, the local park, and it was quite at the motel. My room was comfortable but not maintained very well, the bed linen wasn't changed after 3 days I had to request it. Microwave was filthy and their was actual mold on the interior curtain.

Price and how quite the area was. Bed linen wasn't changed after 3 days, no water pressure on the sink, air conditioner filter were filthy, room was non smoking but had a bad smoke smell, room wasn't maintained and the curtains had mold and all kinds of crap on them.

The location was great right in town and close to many resturants and big box stores. I stayed in a handicap room with a roll in shower and plenty of room. Im handicapped and have trouble getting into a bed that is to high as this one was, if a person was in a wheelchair they could not transfer to the bed easly. The ramp to get to the handicap room is behind a parking spot and not well marked as a ramp I had to ask if they had one. I would have used it to roll my suitcase up if I had seen it first. I can walk but not far and stepping up on a curb as they had in front of the rooms was hard.

My service dog was welcomed without any questions and was treated like he was at home with us, and the staff were most helpful during our stay.

I was under the impression the pool was open, and it was not. Trash was not taking out of my room all of it at the same time. Bed never made.

Good price for s room. The TV required a code from the service provider; the woman at the front desk was clueless. No instruction sheet for using the TV. The breakfast was very limited in variety.
