The Egyptian receptionist was not welcoming and has no experience in dealing with customers. Also the rooms were not ready at the check IN time. We had to wait so long and this receptionist didn’t want to provide an alternative solution.

Spacious Room. Parking on the spot. Nice Location. Helpful room service staff. Stays for 2 Nights, room service Didn't come for Room setup / Cleaning for next day. Old Television.. Egyptian Receptionist wasn't helpful, refuses that they don't have the same room type, upon complaining to management he gave us the room. Because he already reserved for someone. how can booking.com confirm us the property if its not available with the hotel.
