Everything was good and clean

Our room smelled awful, and it was clear that someone had been in the room and on the beds. Never again staying here. I had no problem leaving and booking a different hotel, didn’t care about a refund it was so bad we just had to leave.

parking limited, room service did not refresh the towels or make the bed, it is not like I make a mess. but sometimes it feels good to come back to a room that looks straighten out

The room was fine but the bathroom was dirty

Also, I could not call the lobby as the phones lines were not connected or working when someone was trying to get into my room.

Dirty had ants in room. Trash piled outside around building.

Room was clean. Shower was excellent! Parking was limited in front of my room. But I would stay again.

Room was missing the tv remote,in room coffee machine was broken,door was broken.

To make matters even worse, I found cockroaches in the room. That was absolutely disgusting and made me feel very uncomfortable staying there. For a hotel that charges this much, the level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and definitely not worth the price. What I don’t understand is how a hotel with such poor hygiene is still allowed to operate. Doesn’t the local health department inspect places like this? I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness immediately. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. The room was dusty and dirty. Smell like smoke Ants at breakfast 3. Cracked toilet, dirty bath tub, looked like mold in the shower area. 4. No room cleaning or towels. 5. Swimming pool had trash around area. 6. Trash bins outside were always full.

It was clean and surprisingly quiet. My room had the best blackout curtain I've seen. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Simple food with no bacon or sausage. Maybe 6am was too early for that.

The breakfast was the best part, the blanket had stains on them, no phone, and they did not even clean are make the bed while we was out. We had to go and ask for towels. We will not be staying there again.

There is no hair drier and the door lock system made a lot of trouble in accessing.
