Location and 3 staff very good Cleaniest all dirty on the first room no a/c working no hot water tv old not working

I didn’t like everything else. Room dirty, old, needs SERIOUS upgrades and fixes in general. Sheets stained. AC doesn’t work. Woke up in middle of night and asked for another room with an AC that worked cause room was hot. Bathroom toilet and shower stained. Rooms have a kitchen set up but not useable.

Old hotel, a/c always set to 26° Celsius , swimming pools are very small, I found a roach in the room ,small tv no cable or satellite channels

NOTHING!!! All was broken or missing like the TV. Rooms had roaches and sinks were clogged. Showers were rusted and rooms were full of mold. Most of the lights in the room and hallways did not work and parking lot looked like a garbage dump "literally" to check in tool about an hours do to only one staff member. Witness Multiple people asking for a different room. Also gave us ripped towels. All was broken or missing like the TV. Rooms had roaches and sinks were clogged. Location was fenomenal, common areas amazing. I left my gold necklace in the shower and staff took it. I told the front desk about it but nothing was done.

Very nice location, near the bus station, the beach and other interesting places, as well as restaurants. Understandable that after the Hurricane Otis they have not restored everything yet, but the hotel equipment looks old anyways.

Nothing. The place was disgusting and I want a full refund. Everything. There was blood and poop stains on the bed sheets and there was sounds of mice in the walls.

The area where the hotel is located is the only good It had cockroaches , the ac was out of service and the elevator were in bad condition and out of service. The room had little to no water running would not recommend

They didn't have my room available, they gave to some else cos they have a parade

Nothing at all. The buildings are in very bad conditions, dirty, old and missing things. The pools were not in good conditions. The rooms were dirty and old. The towels were dirty and torn, we asked for new ones and gave us some similar ones. The TV. set was blurry and did not work well. The tap had no water and the bathroom was leeking. We reported all that to the reception desk but did nothing. The had an open bar with very loud music, couldn´t sleep. Looks like an abandoned hotel.
