The pool and terraza hours. They were closed very early.

I liked how comfortable it was, and how centrally located it Everything is fine there.

the staff are friendly. the little pool with no towel at all!

Pool was great. Penthouse has private elevator with designated key card. It's above the pool and not too loud, great views with three nice slices of the beach and water from the rounded windows all over the big room with kitchenette (no fridge though). The kitchenette should have had a fridge.

The parking garage security guy sometimes was not there when trying to retrieve the car.

Very lovely hotel one block from the main avenue of Acapulco. Behind a casino and 2 minute walk to Walmart. Rooms comfortable & roomy Rooftop restaurant had specials everyday and the food was very good. There was a a street a couple of blocks away were you could buy typical Mexican food & you could find a couple small stores to buy beer & snacks. The staff was friendly & helpful. You could purchase coolers, beer & water in the reception area at a fair price. I found the internet worked well on my floor, although I could not connect at the pool or restaurant. There was hot water in the shower & the AC worked very well. Everything was very good.

The rooftop pool and cafe was great, loved the food. Liked the daily house cleaning There were 7 of us and they divided us in two rooms on different floors. Couldn’t control temp of A. C. other turning it on or off so room went from freezing to hot. Would love to have had laundry facilities.

A very clean, proper and comfortable hotel. Huge bed, good internet, and shower. It has a good location but the area around the hotel is not so pretty.

Close to the new part of town. Wifi is USELESS. It barely works in the rooms. Owner needs to invest in more routers. Also, your card for elevator doesn't work from the terrace or any other floor. We ended up getting STUCK in the elevator twice and nearly suffocated from the heat. This is UNSAFE. Your card will say blocked and the door won't even open. Absolutely unacceptable. This poses a risk to the safety of others, imagine if the reception is busy or away from the desk. You will suffocate to death in that elevator. Rooms were nice, AC is good. The beds in the room have wheels so they tend to slide very easily. Pool up top is decent. Careful, next to pool can be wet and a slipping hazard, best to put some black sandpaper grip on that part of the floor. Food is expensive, better to go to Walmart for coffee.

Rooftop terrace was nice. The hotel has a private though limited parking space. The bathroom was leaking, the smell was nose wrecking. Beds too small for two people, have plastic (removable) covers. Quite noisy in the morning. No fridge, not even drinkable water in the room.
