La cama estaba deliciosa, el desayuno rico. El staff excelente servicio. La primera habitación que nos asignaron olia a pipi, ya bajamos a reclamar y nos cambiaron a una perfecta. Las piscinas tienen el agua caliente.

BEAUTIFUL! Everywhere was beautiful! Readily available taxis that were affordable. Beautiful pools. Great food. One of the sinks in my room didn’t work properly, room phone didn’t work, lights automatically shut off every 15 minutes. I had to open the door for it to come back on

This was a great stay for a family due to the multiple swimming pools, attentive staff, children's club and activities. We enjoyed taking the shuttle to the Princess as it had more of a vacation atmosphere whereas the Palacio seemed more like a convention center hotel. Our hotel room was clean every day which is major for us. While the staff was nice, the service was extremely slow. It took a minimum of 45 minutes to get drinks or food poolside. The upkeep of the property is very poor. The grounds need to be cleaned. Walking around it felt like there was a party the evening before due to trash or spilled drinks being everywhere. At most resorts, the pool chairs are cleaned daily. These were dirty with food/drinks, bird poop or damaged. The furniture throughout the property was very basic and did not feel like you were at a resort. The food was subpar and there was not much variety on the buffets. I felt like I was on a work trip not a vacation. We booked a Diamante view, but our view was not that. Unfortunately, we were already unpacked and with children it's not worth the hassle to move.

very clean, lots of restorants that are included in the price. very good swimming pool. Location – terrible. There is nothing to do in the area, and it’s very far from the beach. You can’t even see the beach from the hotel. They have some arrangement with other hotels, like the Princess, where you can go and use their facilities, and they provide a shuttle bus every hour. We used this shuttle, and it was so old and rattling that after the ride my husband threw up his entire meal.
