The room air conditioning was not working properly. It was hot and muggy, and I was not comfortable at all! A functioning a/c unit in my room
-
Just happy to have a place to stay It was very noisy because we had mountains stayed. Also they closed the beach on new years night and we had to pay extra to let us watch the fireworks outside.

Place was ok , location is good ? The staff , the check in process was not pleasant ? The guy at front desk made me feel like if I was impersonating someone else...when I'm presenting my photo ID and documents - they game a room in the 15fl...and at night there was so much noise in the hall like if some construction was going on...

Amazing location, views are insane, and pool is great My ac didnt work well but it was good enough
-
We didn't like the elevator and the next room was loud bad sirve.
-
Excellent location, staff was friendly beautiful sea view Even though the elevator was working it only work with no more that 6 people in it , so it was a big time consuming when coming down or up to the room I was in floor 6 so I better took the stair most of the times

Honestly, nothing. The room we got was super hot, the air conditioner never cooled the room. The nights were horrible super hot. They went to check it but did not fix the problem.

There Is a group playing Latín music every night,

Scenery is great. Only 2 elevators worked for the whole 3 days I stayed. It took about 30 min to get into one of it didn't get crammed before you entered. Mind you 19 floors it will take a while

The rooms The elevator, the air conditioner of the room

I liked that the property was on the beach Elevators didn’t work half the time

There weren't tables, chairs, or camastros enough in the pool area. We wanted to stay at the beach but everything was occupied :( . We wanted to watch the tv but it wasn't connected to wifi.

The majority of the staff were kind and accommodating. Management was something else though. The hotel doesn't have the infrastructure to accommodate the number of guests. Checking in with a car takes hours. We regularly chose the stairs to/from the 17th floor over the elevator. We watched people get stuck in the elevator and assisted out. I got food poisoning on the 3rd day (of all inclusive), spent the next 36 hours vommitting, asked to see the on-site doctor, and no one seemed interested in helping me. The quality manager said I must have gotten it somewhere else and criticized me for not getting a doctor's note, even though I would have loved some medical attention.

elevator not working.

Pleasant staff. Elevators working very poorly. Constant flow of people approaching me on the beach trying to sell me various items. For the price of these rooms it should have came with a refrigerator. Or even an ice machine.
-
The location and rooms and security Doesn’t let in food from outside. Instructions on page is different from what they provide.

The only positive point of this hotel is its location, right on one of the nicest beaches in Acapulco. If you dare to come here, at least don't hesitate to take a room with a sea view. The hotel is totally runned-down. It's full of middle-class families coming from Mexico City on a budget tour package. It's crowdy and very noisy. Most guests are rude and don't respect others' desire of tranquillity, they play their loud music and you can't even hear the sound of the sea. In addition, you have to ware a plastified bracelet during your whole stay, which costs 400 pesos in case you loose it. You can't really count on the restaurant, since it's expensive and food is average. For European standards it's a low-key place.
