I liked the location, staff, amenities, facilities, food, drinks, price. I just had an issue with not getting hot water and the WC not flushing correctly on the first night but it was fixed promptly after I called to report it. Very friendly and professional staff.

Room: good water pressure, A/C, house keeping was excellent, view of ocean and pools. Front desk: responsive, able to exchange money. Restaurants: easy to access. The taxi service in front was helpful. Room: bathroom shelf prevented toilet seat from staying up; bathroom vent did not move air; electrical outlet at desk worn and loose so that plugs do not stay in. Hotel: At check in, there were no bath towels or washcloths in the room, we had to request them. Restaurants: the food quality was so-so and priced high for the quality. The restaurants nearby, outside the hotel, were better.
