Hotel Suite Jazmin

The location. Sting and the halls,elevator to hot and water and the floor,no sweeping well and the room, no clean the sheets and pillows to old and dirty smells to bat. No face towels, no towel carpet for the shower, Tv no working. To bat experience never comeback. Never recommend plus and the Restaurant charges twice 47 pesos for using the Grill for Cooking the T-bone meat that is so ridiculous.

It was close to la costera and close to everything

The hotel is in a really good location, but the building is very old and needs to be updated ASAP! The beds are super uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled like mold when taking a shower.

location is ok No english at the reception (but i didn't really expect it in Mexico, so whatever), the room was nothing like the pictures. Very outdated, dirty walls, very dark toilet and shower, i wouldn't dare to touch anything in the kitchen

Location Place too old and dirty, the personal was not very nice.

It was a short trail from the beach, the zone was safe also, and the staff were helpful and caring. The TV and room service did not work, however staff notified of the issue upon arrival

Great location, 5 minutes walking to the beach, just across the road. Close to the supermarkets and restaurants. Lady from housekeeping was doing her best to more less keep the room clean. On the base of the pictures you could tell the hotel is vintage. But I didn't expect everything to be so used, old and dirty. They would excuse themselves with the Otis hurricane that happened 3 months ago, about what I am really sorry but: dirt under the beds, lack of towels (they brought them when we ask), BLACK SPOTS on the curtains, extremely dirty shower, dirty sheets, lack of care from the Reception (the man at the night shift lied to me he would replace them within an hour, I was waiting awake 2 hours but he never came) it's not hurricane fault.

Only one towel was provided, no access to a remote control for t.v. , no control for A/C , No wifi , I could hear the noise from the other rooms nearby even late night.

1.The Staff could not Find the reservation . Spent about 20 mins trying to fix the Shower head was broken .TV doesn't work. They have a speaker on top very weird or a hidden Camera on top of the sealing fan. Bed was TERRIBLE bunch of springs that came up . Lights didn't work the outlets were behind the bed which was terrible. The sink was bad would drip the whole night. The toilet would run the whole night the valve was bad
