MJ Grand Hotel

Location was near my office. Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk were helpful. Not much sitting area to meet the visitors. Towel was not provided on a particular day. Bathroom fittings were old and broken in one of the two rooms i stayed.

The water wasn't working for a few hours in the early dawn

The staff during the check-in was a bit shifty, asked me to negotiate the price of the room, which i never think is done anywhere. I proceeded to book online, and he made me walk some distance to withdraw cash under the hot sun. If you have an international card, there is a chance their POS will reject it, so bring dollars/cedis cash. That's not easy for travelers who have come a long way and just need to check-in and rest.

It is an older hotel that could use some minor maintance. The staff was great and so was the pool. We had dinner there it was good but the breakfast was just ok. The room was comfotable and it had plenty of hot water for showering. The tv remote didn't work.

Their customer service was incredibly and their staff was very knowledgeable in handling customers . The food hmm soooooo delicious and appetizing I even told everyone on my family group to go there and experience it. Truly a holy experience the music and the glorious atmosphere. Truly God first in their everything. Everything about their glorious atmosphere.

Complimentry Pick up was arranged for my arrival but the lady said she forgot. This is definitely not good when you offer a service but don't deliver. Forgetting is not an option

The room isn't like it used to be some years ago.

This was my second time staying at MJ Grand Hotel and it was a great value for my money. Good location, customer service and food. Internet went down one day during stay when I needed to work

The atmosphere Nothing

Breakfast was delicious with good variety. The staff were courteous and attended to every need. Love the proximity to the airport and the availability of the airport shuttle for arrival and departure pick up. My only complaint is that there is no elevator available for use. However, they are adding a new building that will include one.

Shuttle to airport Supporting staff Easy check in Shuttle driver did wonderful. I accidently reserved two nights and later wanted to change to one night with extension because i checked in on saturday evening and my flight iwas sunday night. The hotel failed to refund . Besides they did not have a change for my original credit balance.
