The staff is awesome!!! they were very willing to help and accommodate me. thats all i have to say, this app keeps asks for too much to write The Location... its an Industrial area with ALOT trucks making noise, pollution and congestion day and nite, area is very dusty. thats all i have to say, this app keeps asks for too much to write.

Hot water was available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower stand was unstable

Awesome room space for international All thing are good

All the rooms that my friends and I had booked were cancelled due to other guests staying longer. It's a shame as I've stayed there a few times before and it was great.

Staff were accommodating and nice. The location was hard to get to as the roads surrounding the hotel were not good. The bathroom window didn’t close.

The room was spacious and the bed generous with a sizeable bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is spacious for its size. You get good value for your money. I enjoyed everything, but the mattress could be a little bit softer.

Big bed, friendly staff, nice room and nice dining area. Bed mattress was a bit too firm. It could be softer a bit to make sleep comfortable.

Bad

The customer service was excellent and exceptional. The owner, Madam Beauty is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers and goes the extra mile to prove this. The food was also very good and the portions were generous. The road that leads to the hotel but this doesn’t diminish the value in the services provided and the overall experience.

Very good

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely filthy. First impression you we could tell that the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. All the white rugs were brown like someone had stepped all over them, we had to request for them to be changed. The toilet had a very strong smell of urine, we had to request for it to be cleaned. And the icing on the cake was when we finally got into the rock hard bed and found a large blood stains which had gone through both bed sheets. Isn’t it great to know that even the sheets were changed before we arrived? The site manager Mr Johnson tried his best to make amends, but my goodness probably the worst stays we’ve ever had in our lives. The only time we saw the owner of the hotel is when she came to take payment, and I’m sure she heard of all the issues we had with our room. Thank God we only booked one night here because we were so uncomfortable.

Staff, Eben, Beauty (hotel owner), the girls, were all extremely helpful and very nice. Hotel arranged a free pick for me to the hotel. Great location too, easy to find for taxi drivers. Enjoyed the breakfast and the food very much especially the fried yam with fish. I would stay there again just to eat that dish. Large screen television in the lounge so enjoyed the Euros'24, each match I had time to watch. Excellent atmosphere. Great Restaurant. The Spintex road traffic needs patience. Have to set off earlier than expected. Not the hotel's fault. The area has developed beyond expectation.
