The location, the rooms and building was superb ? the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Nothing...everything was great

A receptionist charged me in dollars when I explicitly stated I wanted to be charged in local currency. Review your payments before leaving the hotel!!!

Breakfast was great, room was very clean Water supply was terrible, dstv channels were not available in the room, Staff kept making promises they were not planning on keeping. Was given a lower room than what I booked for but made to pay for the higher room.

the location, the staff were very polite and helpful the pillows were stained and I think they should put a pillow protector on their pillows. Also I asked for an iron and staff ironed by corking the first day but I was presented with a bill when I asked for my clothes to be ironed again but this was not communicated and customers should be made aware or provided with our own iron.

Prices are too high for Accra as a whole. The standards in Accra is not there yet for the rent being paid in Accra. this is killing off business and chances to get better. London, Atlanta, Barcelona and many other countries are neater, cleaner, constant water, clean streets and still 4 times cheaper. I just wish hotel managers look to this for the charges they give to individual in Accra. Unnecessarily expensive with no grounds. three things 1st is Prices 2.nd is Prices 3rd is still Prices
