Nice and quite far from everything Ended up with a room (suite) that was not for handicapped— many stairs — though the description suggests otherwise. Could be a booking.com description issue - each room should have accessibility description.

Nice balcony, big room We woke up every day for the neighbors screaming and dog barking at 8 am, not exactly what u looked for on holidays. The bed is terrible, as soon as you move, is super noisy. The room has 4 beds but only one chair, not sure how I'm supposed to sit on the balcony with my boyfriend. In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine but no coffee not sure how I should prepare it. When I arrive, there is a sign saying do not ring the bell, but it is only in Italian. Communication has been terrible. I wrote 2 messages in the booking, both have been ignored. When I take the key, I can't open the door, and the owner told me to open from inside, which is neither easy nor comfortable. In our room, there was the only access to the washing machine, which means that the cleaner asked us to enter to wash the bedsheet of the rest of the rooms, this is not well thguth

Sourranding area. I booked a double bedroom with bathroom, once the booking was confirmed I was contacted by the property manager on my private number to tell me that the bathroom was two floors below and if I wanted to cancel the booking was up to me with no refund. I was asking to reply to my messages on the app but Instead was really rude over messages and keep replying on WhatsApp blaiming booking.com. I was meant to pay at the property but money were taken the day before (full amount including city tax) without changing the state on the app or provide a receipt, when I asked for receipt the manager didn't hesitate to show how rude and careless could be blaiming the app again! Overall the place was dusty, toilet didn't flush, stains on the walls and broken furnitures, very uncomfortable beds, actually the double bed was made of two singles, broken wall plug behind the bed, no fridge, no water or coffee, no shower gel. No parking outside.

The environment was nice and green ,but far from the city, there was nothing there as bars restaurants or supermarket. The bad was disaster ,still with back pain. Everything clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable

Good location between Etna, Taormina and Cantania. Great price with parking and WiFi Spacious bathroom but need renovation and warm water runs out quick

We did not book breakfast, so that was not an issue. We just needed a pit-stop on our road trip. The location was in the general Southward direction of our travel towards Syracuse. The room was exceedingly comfortable and nicely warm and the price was unbeatable. I think this would be a great base to enjoy a Sicily holiday around the Mount Etna area as long as you are equipped with a car. We were not greeted by the host but not a major issue considering the price. The instructions to get in though initially unnerving were clear. The cable TV in my room had a digital pixellation issue which was a pity because I wanted to catch up with the news. My room was the only room without an en-suite bathroom so the key-juggling was a bit of a pain but the price was unbeatable.

I spent one night here during my solo trip through Sicily, January 2025. I had plenty of space in the room and bathroom, the communication with the host was clear and she was helpful and friendly with providing access. Facilities were great for me for my short stay. The parking situation is a bit unclear if we are allowed to park on the street or not. Some guest took the risk and parked in front during the night, but I decided to follow the rules and park a bit further, to the nearest church where it is allowed.

Location was great if you like to be away from the beaten track. Coffee making facilities would have been nice.

I liked the room size. The environment around. Easy self check in / out If you do not have a car, the location is difficult to reach, but good start for your Etna trip. Communication was really weak even horrible . Without WhatsApp hard to communicate. When requested Etna view room we got a sea view. When asked about something more difficult, I was redirected by a message with a number to other colleague. No coffee. When I asked local maid she wanted euros for it, etc. Unfortunately, we did not have good experience

Enough to stay 2-3 day. You can park along the road. Watch out the dog at the first house.

Helpfull staff. There is no bus or taxi to this place, the apartment offers you transport to Catania, but you pay for it yourself. It’s good if you go by car.

I loved the whole place. Everything went easy. The view was amazing, and room was spacious and pretty.
