I liked the location and easy access to Adamas and the fair price the unit had The WiFi didn’t work, the shower was unfinished and broken, and when we first arrived there were stains on the sheets.

Room had everything I needed, big comfy bed. Water and juice was provided which was a nice bonus. Easy parking for my atv rental I had read previous reviews so I already knew that I would not be getting what was pictured which I found a bit funny but don’t go expecting a pool! You’re only getting a basic room. My biggest issue was the lack of communication. There’s no reception and I had messaged about the check in and didn’t get a response for hours so I ended up calling and a guy pulled up and pointed out where the key was… like if they had better instructions I could’ve gotten in well before and no one would have even had to come

Great location 5 minute walk from the port. Everything was very clean and the room seemed like it got a recent update- clean fluffy towels, hot water for tea, water and juice when we arrived in the fridge. I would have been happy to stay here a few nights. We arrived on the 1am ferry and tried messaging the property multiple times on booking with no reply. We didn’t know if we could access the room when we arrived lol based off other reviews I was worried! However, when we arrived the key was in the door and the owner was awake and waiting for us :)

I sent a question or two through booking messages asking about check out and where to leave my key because I had a 1am ferry. I never got a response. Also the WiFi in my room hardly ever worked.

Do not book this room. This is a scam and should not appear on booking.com. For 80 euros you can get a proper hotel at the port.

Super cheap! Cleaned every day. Convenient location. Safe and secure room. Location quiet! Check in check out times are flexible which was a bonus for me. Only reason I'm not giving more stars was that there was no wifi. And also the bathroom had a leak. But I hope he can get this fixed soon ?

Better on the inside than it looks on the outside. Large room with a mini fridge, electric kettle, sandwich grill, plates and utensils. Big bed though it was kind of lumpy. The problem was getting checked in. Even though I told them I'd be there about 20:00, there was nobody waiting for me. One of the other guests who spoke Greek offered to call. After much shouting on the phone, he said they'd be there in three or four minutes. A half hour later nobody had shown up, so I called the number myself. The guy who answered claimed he spoke English but what came out wasn't English. It might have been Greek but it was a drooling drunk version of Greek. After a few minutes of trying to get him to understand I needed to get into my room and not understanding anything he said, I hung up. Several minutes later a young lady appeared and showed me to my room. She then promptly disappeared before I could ask her why the internet didn't work. Several minutes later a scooter pulled up outside beeping its horn. I came out and there was a lumpy guy babbling drooling drunk Greek at me. Obviously the guy from the phone. I tried to make him understand that the internet wasn't working. He had me hold the brake lever on his scooter to keep it from rolling back into traffic and made a phone call. The guy who answered spoke English. I told him the internet didn't work and his response was something about the router and that it was “not my problem”. I told him I didn't appreciate paying over 90 euros a night for a room that was supposed to have internet and not getting internet on top of the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes to get into the room. His response again was “not my problem”. I asked him if he was the owner or the manager and he said neither. So I said “why am I bothering to talk to you?”, released the drunk guy’s brake lever and went back inside. I didn't look to see if he had rolled back into traffic.

Very close to the Port for an early morning ferry! The room was not clean when we arrived, we left our bags & came back at 4pm when the cleaner appeared to have just started. It was dirty, shower was as bad as all reviews, bed very uncomfortable & a huge cockroach in between our clean towels. It served our purpose with only a 5 minute walk to the Ferry, otherwise I'd stay elsewhere.

Property was in a great location. 5 minute walk from the main strip of Adamas and close to the bus station for easy transport around the island. Check-in process is non existent. Other travellers had to help me and I had to help others as there is no communication or instruction regarding check-in. When you do get a hold of the owner, hedoes not speak English (no disrespect meant) so it is very hard to understand what to do. I ended up just picking a random open room to sleep in the first night before the owner randomly showed up day 2 and told me to move rooms. The beds are highly uncomfortable with worn springs poking you in the back.
