Stay Easy Plus Hotel

The hotel is relaxing, enjoyable and above all PEACE. The hotel has a clean good atmosphere. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was bait miscommunication in regards to the language barrier. I suggest the receptionist speaks fluent English to fully understand customer.

Location and street noise at night.

It was a rainy day and the weather was fantastic. I enjoyed from my balcony the mountain view. The experience was breathtaking. The room was clean, tody and comfortable as usual. This my fifth time and have more plans for the future God willing. I even booked for my family in October. It took long to go up and down as only o e luft was working. During breakdown ... and especially in a ***** star hotel, repair should be done immediately.

Room size Breakfast One lift remained out of order during our entire stay resulting in longer wait times. Bath area of the washroom has water leakage. Suffocated rooms as there was absolutely no ventilation. Internet connectivity was patchy. No dental kit provided. Hotel promised room on 7th floor; allocated room on 3rd. 5 star? No pool, no gym! No tea/coffee in rooms. Traffic jams most of the time near the hotel. Arabic shower not usable. No hot water - only lukewarm. Dinner took 50 minutes against commitment of 20 minutes.

Everything was great ... I just liked the meet and greet. Staff were so welcoming and with an ever smiling face. Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.

My only complain is that the staff response might be a little slow sometimes , especially if you ordered something to the room , it takes ages tp come , the food comes cold.

The breakfast the only thing that satisfies us the most, the location wasn’t as I expected but the sunrise were incredible. I booked a room with a mountain view on the top floor but they gave me a room on the second floor until I explained to them that I booked a room with a mountain view, after I took the room I wanted, there was a break in the water pipe in the bathroom until they fixed it, after about 4 hours the water tank on the roof broke and water almost poured onto the balcony, they changed the room to a lower level on the fifth floor because there were no rooms on the same floor I booked and it was a tiring experience for me and my wife because we had to pack our bags and move to another room. With the booking they were supposed to take me to the airport but the hotel did not do that.

The room was very clean and the bed was well done and vrty comfortable Far from the airport. You have to plan yourself wisely

The reception staff were nice. Hairs on the hot drink cup that was not from the head or arms or legs... We ordered some papaya juice and a cake at the food counter near thr reception on the 18th December 2024. While trying to take the cake, the woman who helped us appeared to act strangely by pulling the cake closer to herself and displaying a negative expression of hatred. This was confusing because I never met her before. Despite paying for the items, when inquiring about the juice, she did not respond adequately at first. Eventually, she indicated that the juice would be ready soon. After she walked off, I approached a male staff member who entered the counter with my receipt, who acknowledged it. However, as time passed and our flight departure neared, I had to seek assistance at the reception desk to address the situation. The staff there refunded our money, recognizing the issue with the service we received from the woman at the counter, whose I fount her behavior was not acceptable. Additionally, the cleaner asked for my room number as we was on our way out getting in the lift. Once she received the information, she quickly exited the elevator and called out in her language to someone else. These actions were highly unprofessional and unnecessary.

Many options and you can order what ever is not in on buffet. Everything is warm and tasty. My family and I loved it. I have stayed there before and would stay again should I visit. Berthony ? Nothing to dislike.

Stay Easy is easy stay. Everything is great, except the hairdryer is not working, and the location is so far from the center. The hairdryer is not working, and the location is so far from the center. The room services and the reception didn't reply to my calls more than 10 times.
