Terrible experience. We found a cockroach in our room, smelled like pot. Dirty room overall

Ran down hotel that is not worth the cost. Never staying here again!

The suites with the two king size beds we’re very comfortable. There is no elevator and it’s on the third floor so if you’re not active or you have some form of disability, it is something to consider. I’m not sure if they have suites or lower levels. The breakfast was good. The pool was fine very convenient the kitchen ! We’d definitely stay here if you’re traveling with a large group.

Convenient for Addison Person at desk on arrival was off hand and very unheloful. Busy on his mobile phone

Very pleased with accommodations! Staff professional and polite! Housekeeping was on top of cleaning! I had one maintenance issue with toilet Handel but management handled immediately

Overall good. No elevator when accessing outside doors to rooms but max is 2nd floor. Good breakfast. Multiple bedroom suites available which is great for traveling with large family.

Paid for room.... after getting dates wrong... tried to change fir next day and they took my money anyway...even tho I had not stayed

Clean room, clean environment, no bad smell, staffs are very responsive, good housekeeping.

Was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for my family of 6. The suite was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

The Hyatt House at this location has served travelers and vacationers for over many decades. However, it's time for an upgrade as this property is outdated. The rooms, beds, and bathroom can stand a face lift. The mattresses on the bed are old and does have much support. The property is in a prime location but it's past due of a complete remodeling.
