Everything was really good) Clean and modern hotel (restaurant, rooms, bars, swimming pool - everywhere looks so spectacular)! Delicious and varied food. Always fresh vegetables, meats, desserts, seafood, fruits, soups, snacks. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Nice and clean sea in 3min walk ( better to have a water shoes, because of the rocky beach). During the day activities on the main swimming pool, and for the evening you can book tennis/padel courts, play ping-pong or billiards. We was at 7 and everyone was satisfied with this holiday)

The staff was really friendly and we loved our housekeeper. She always greeted us with a smile! The animation team had a great program and they were really nice, there were always some activities to do if you wanted to. The pools were amazing. The service at the restaurant was really well organized. We never had to wait for a table. The food was really good. The way to the beach was short and easy to find. We really liked our room. We had a great stay! We will definitely come again. There was a smell in our room like sewage but it looked like there was nothing to do about it. We just accepted it. Our lovely housekeeper tried to help us with it. The pools could have stayed open a little bit longer. Apart from that we have no complaints!

Baklava with prunes, nothing else. Too many children, too crowded, too may drunk people, the food is not good quality. Infiltrations of water in the room.
-
very good all inclusive programme, sufficient room size for family of 4, newly-equipped room and bathroom, nice pool areas (tobogans and small pools for children, pool with music but also silent area with swimming pools..

We were lucky to get a room with a direct pool access, which we did enjoy. Only a few rooms shared the pool. Room service lady was very helpful and friendly. The beach was really nice and not crowded (water shoes recommended) Car rental in reception. We bought late check-out, price was reasonable. Food is OK, didn’t expect it to be something else, it matches the price. Most of the food is lukewarm, buffet is overcrowded We tried to play mini golf, booked a time, but no gear was provided.

Dirty rooms. Food awful Drinks bad

Massive resort . Looked nothing like the pictures. Given an awful room in an annex block a few doors up from the housekeeping office and right by the lorry loading bay where noisy Lorries arrived left their engine’s running , noisy tail lifts . House keeping office made lots of noise early morning - between them and the Lorries made it difficult to lay in Or have a siesta The room was in need of a make over 1. Front door had bad repairs, gaps in door so made outside noise worse 2. Room needed updating , grout around bathroom old and flaky 3. Plug on sink needs sorting 4. Air conditioning now adequate 5. Curtains hanging off 6. Bed awful squeaky 7. Chamber made-housekeeping office very noisy from early morning to late evening 8. Restaurant was like a stampede customers rushing from all sides grabbing the food . Not a nice experience at all, for the size of the place needed more restaurants, the Greek restaurant was overflowing with customers too - the food , starters ok Main course , meats a little though needed more cooking ! The long queues to get into the restaurant was not good at all ! Then the fight to get the food awful experience. 9. The outside of the room was not nicely kept see the pictures 10. The bedroom door had at sometime obviously been broken into , and badly repaired with hole in it that could hear the Lorrie’s and housekeeping from their office. Sad experience. We checked out early Nobody asked as to why !

+ the sea water on Afantou beach is amazing (5 min walk - don't stay at the pool, go to the sea!) + staff very polite and helpful + they provide 6 big bottles of water in the room upon check-in + green territory of the hotel + free parking + diversity of food and drinks (quality can be improved though, still we had enough good options to choose from) + the new adults-only building provides brand new modern rooms, however there are still rennovation works going on + the rooms in the main buildings of the hotel are more spacious than in the brand new block and closer to all facilities incl. the beach, however not as modern - towels were not looking white, neither did they look fresh (no clue how they wash them, but this issue must be addressed!) - cleaning must be improved. during our 8 day stay our room was never vacuumed, they just took the trash and changed bed linen. - there were some strange combinations of food such as beef stew with shrimps or seafood pasta with sausages, on top of which wrong descriptions of the food which is a huge issue for people with dietary restrictions - evening shows must be improved to keep people entertained, as there is nothing else to do around the hotel - the day we arrived was pretty cold and the heating mode of the AC was not working - a 4 star hotel must provide some basic toiletries such as cotton swabs, hair conditioner, shower cap, etc.

When we arrived, it was clear that the hotel had way overbooked the guests. Check in is stated as 2pm but we still hadn’t got into our FIRST room until 4:30pm, which wasn’t ideal as we’d had a really early flight and just wanted to get into the room. We did ask reception if everything was okay with our room but kept being told to wait, they would laugh as they responded, which was a bit worrying. We’d also missed lunch at this point and not been told where the restaurant was or the for hours, just left in the lobby to rot like everything else in there. We were walked to a room in a hotel about a seven minute walk away (through a building site) from the reception/main hotel/pools, where the closest pool to the hotel had no water? It was literally an empty pool.. let’s not forget to mention you are taken to your room in a group and drop each other off? It’s unheard of. So we’ve just arrived in the first room now and the floor is covered in water, it was just 3 single beds in bright green bedding (we booked a double room with a sofa) and a view of a building site. We asked the housekeeping if they could kindly mop the floor and the second they left and we went to use the loo, the water flooded the room again. It’s now 5:30 and we’re at the reception queuing to ask to change room. The receptionists asked the people infront of us if they’re here to check in or change rooms, which again was a massive concern only being there 4 hours. It seemed as though they were just swapping and turning over everyone’s rooms until they finally settled, nobody was happy. We have now changed room and the only way I can describe it is prison.. the look, the smell, the atmosphere, it was horrendous. The manager in all fairness was very empathetic and tried to help, she asked us how our next room was and we said honestly, we’re not happy. She then changed our room for the third time (this was day 3/6) and it was better but still nothing like the photos you see on here.

Hotel was very clean, room was on the small side but very comfortable. Staff were always pleasant and very hardworking. Food in the main restaurant was good. Plenty of space around the many pool areas. Food around the pool was good, pizzas tasty and lots of fresh salads etc. Good value for money.. Restaurant was a little on the small side and could get very busy. Food in the main restaurant wasn't always hot and quite often had to wait for dishes to be replaced. Nothing much to see outside of the hotel.

The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly, the hotel manager was exceptionally friendly with us and when she saw my husband was 6ft6 moved us to a nicer room with a more accommodating bed for him. Would recommend to anybody to stay

Lovely rooms that are very clean, lots of drinks to choose from. The food wasn’t great, I was hungry most nights as I didn’t like anything.
