Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was great and sunbeds too. Short walk to the beach.

Quite small complex, so you dont have experience huge amount of people coming to breakfast for example Quite close to the sea, less then 500m walk Really low quality, not friendly staff (the welcome was bellow average speaking girl with no info just wanting us to leave her our IDs for few hours - which we declined), low quality food with close to no changes. This is not close to pictures - just so you know. Pictures seem really good quality for the price, but once you come you understand the pricepoint. No shampoo, shower gel. You need to pay for the towel for the beach.

There was a very nice old lady in the shop against the reception, who spoke German and who tried to help and who did all the work for the receptionist. We booked 2 doble rooms 2 months in advance and we got it confirmed. We checked in as announced and got keys from the room 205 and 207. These were the rooms with 4 resp. 5 beds and they are so UGLY, they don’t have even photo on the web side. An ugly space cramped with beds, a true punishment. I went to the reception to claim it and wanted our confirmed double rooms. The receptionist said, he don’t have any other room available and he can’t do anything, the manager will come in the morning, I need to speak to the manager. After this sentence he stops talking to me and he refuse to answer any of my questions. This is extra practical, because the check-ins are in the afternoon and the manager ist there only in the morning. And they can’t do anything…. Then the lady from the shop next door came and tried to help. Firstly, she apologized for the receptionist and she explained me, it doesn’t matter the rooms are ugly, I am on holiday though. After I really refuse to check in, she found 2 rooms in the basement, which were next to each other, but still in basement with little view to ugly back yard, and another 2 rooms in the ground floor, which were OK, but on the opposite sides of the hotel, which is very nice touch if you are there with kids and moreover if you have just one common luggage. But we gladly took them. The rooms are very basic, the daily cleaning takes about 3 minutes, in the shover there is always water on the floor because of wrong levelling, we had view to the same ugly backyard. But we had a balcony. Breakfast is not good; dinner was ok if you there 2 days. Drinks on the bar are not enjoyable, pool is dirty and the beach opposite the hotel as well as all the surrounding looks like rubbish place, see the pictures. There is nothing nearby, you need a car. All inclusive means you pay for towels, water, kids games etc. NO WIFI, no signal. Definitely not worth the money it spoiled our holiday after having 2 beautiful accommodations the days before.

Very quiet. No wifi in the room and no shower curtain.

Calm atmosphere, with friendly employees. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were satisfying. Snack bar was always the same. Only cookies and some bakery from the breakfast.

the quality of the hotel itself was quite good. especially I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were. the Ice-cream in the buffet was quite nice. The owner and staff were really Nice The quality of the food in the buffet, was a bit bland and lower than our previous experiences, to the point where the meals weren’t really a very good experience but more just sustenance...more salad choices, tastier foods, and some more tasty soft drinks. the ’no-brand’ really don’t taste very good. Since it was all inclusive I found it a bit annoying that the pool and other games cost money, perhaps , they could give you 3-4 tokens/ stay so you can have a go.

The problem: About a month ago I booked the hotel through your platform, knowing that you keep nice and welcoming places to give our money and time. My friends were withdrawn a month before we came on our holiday to AFandou BLU. We arrived on the 10th of August, renting a scooter to get to the hotel. We traveled 30 minutes there in over 38 degree temperature with all our luggage. Arriving at the hotel, entering and saying my name.. the receptionist turns and says to me.. “ooooo we have a big problem with your room” with a laugh. The problem is that we don't have a room and we had to spend the night in another friendly hotel of theirs and come back the next day to be accommodated. I was in shock.. no one even called to warn us! We had to lug the whole thing back to the other hotel with all the luggage and then back again the next day. I said that I have paid for this hotel and I will not go anywhere else.. an hour of talking at the reception followed so that the manager could be called and he would come... We waited another 30 minutes for him to come, we started arguing again, about all the questions like: How come we don't have a room and we gave BGN 2000? , how come nobody called us before we landed at least?. We didn't get any answers other than a laugh and the manager's reaction in the end "find another hotel". I told him that I am an exceptionally big influencer in Bulgaria and I will try to make absolutely everyone learn about this hotel and this incident. I said I would call you because this is unacceptable!

The hotel family room was very spacious and comfortable. All areas of the hotel were kept clean and the pool was perfect. The hotel is surrounded by green trees which is lovely. The owner/manager couldn’t do enough to help and was super friendly. The air conditioning in our room was not very powerful and the bathroom we had had no fan or window. This meant that it got so hot in there and any nasty odours would stay all day. The food was very disappointing. The options were limited and very similar each day. Sometimes the food was cold. The service in the restaurant area was very poor- not much clearing of tables and you are expected to clear your own plates and scrape The food (much like a school canteen). On a number of occasions, there weren’t enough tables for the number of people eating and food was often slow coming out causing waiting for food. There was always something that we could eat so don’t want to complain too much, but the food did let this lovely little family hotel down. The all inclusive drinks only include wine, beer and ouzo until 6pm which a few other guests did complain about. It didn’t bother us as we don’t drink before 6pm but I know this could be an issue for some.

We paid 250€ per night for a double room. It was a terrible experience. Breakfast and dinner room is not air conditioned and it was 37 degrees in Rhodos. You feel like you are having your breakfast in a factory lunchroom in the 80s. We could not even have breakfast there was only english breakfast: bacon + beans + bacon. There was not event fresh fruits or cheese for the breakfast. There is no wifi in the room. There is only wifi in the lobby area. Even you stay in a student hostel there is wifi in every room. The taste of the hotel is very low, it is like a budget hotel which you pay 250€ per night in high season. The room was not clean. There were hair on the floor from the previous guests.

Simple hotel in a strategic location, a 5-minute walk from the sea. Comfortable double bed, room and terrace clean and tidy. The staff seemed to be overworked and there was a lack of hospitality (except for the bright girl at reception). The dining room is really clean and there is a lot of dust in the food dispensing area.

close to the sea, clean and comfortable room, good food, nice staff strange smell when turning on the a/c

The hotel is really small. Overall clean and comfortable. The stuff (especially guys at the pool bar) are very nice. Acceptable value for such a low money. The location is bad - if you want to look around you definately need a taxi or rent a car. No shopping nearby. Very poor choice of food.

Everything ! Beautiful hotel and view, very helpful staff and very delicious food. beer is also tasty ! Thanks to all the staff working there ! Best would be to have a car for your trip because the city center is a bit far if you need some thing like pharmacy or a real supermarket.. also to visit other places, the island is big.
