Great staff and amazing views from our room, not all rooms have this though. Easy check in and good communication with the staff. Outdated interior and found it confusing on when activities were.

Nice location on the hill above the Sea which is in walking distance. Free activities for children and adolescents during the French school vacation. Laundry machine (paid), parking, kitchen in the apartment, balcony. And good value for money. Some English is spoken although French will be easier. The souvenir shop offers some not so expensive meal options (order in advance required) The furniture is a little basic and dated. That apartment cleaning test at the end which will set you back another 55 or even 90 Euros if you fail it.

We enjoyed very much staying here, we travelled with a big family, 3 adults, 2 kids, and we had much space at the apartment, something we liked very much. Furthermore we were lucky with the weather and we could enjoy all the facilities on the site: outdoor swimming pool, playground, table football. There was even separate building with washing machines, so we could wash our clothes. Especially we liked big territory of the complex, a lot of greenery and you can enjoy birds signing in the mornings. Very peaceful and nice. The only thing we were missing is a water kettle to boil the water in the room, all the other kitchen appliances you could find in the kitchen in the apartment.

-the room was big -the view of the balcony was nice -peaceful and in a silence place -you should clean your room after your accommodation -many of paper work -not suitable for 4-5 days night -they take deposit from your card and it takes very long to get back -must be well explanation in booking, we wasn’t expect like this. This is a holiday village.

Here perhaps one has to say location is 50%. The “village”/resort is located in a beautiful hill looking over the Agay bay. The resort itself is well maintained and has a lot of facilities. The flats are basic but ok, what one would need for a week or two on a family holiday. The food is decent (both breakfast and dinner are buffet) and reasonably priced. If you adjust your expectations for the fact that it’s a 3* and relatively “old” resort, all good. But then… although there is much to improve, particularly at these prices, one thing stands out. Management. Check-in (only from 16 to 20h) and check-out policies are not flexible at all. Check-out has the “plus” of being scheduled at a specific time (only until 10h30ish?) which is less than ideal for a family with kids and with a sort of a review of the apartment. If it’s judged “unclean”, you pay 50+€ extra for the cleaning service and they give you absolutely no room for mistakes… and no cleaning products. It all feels more than cheap, a sort of “you do it, not our responsibility to ensure the flat is clean for the next guest”. Then no or very little info in general (ex.: on recycling points), and so on. To make it all worse, you have to pay a 300€ deposit at check-in, which is “eventually” paid back - in our case, TEN (?!!!) days after check-out. Isn’t this all possible to solve with better management?

Nice (basic style) appartements in a very nice location. Close to beach and the mountains Some services (such as kids club) were closed as it was end of Mai and therewith outside the French holiday season. This was not a big deal but a little bit dissapointing (therefore the price is good outside the holiday season). Swimming pool was a bit cold (but certainly some people might like it colder)

Location of Agay to other parts of Rivier. Property was very dated and in need of maintenance and renovation. Beds not comfortable and were not even made up. Linen was provided in plastic bags for guests to make their own beds. Poor quality bedding.

The holiday village is very picturesque, beautifully laid out, clean and quiet. Agay is a beautiful bay with good restaurants, however it is extremely quiet in the evenings in June, so it was difficult at times to find places to eat. Hopefully it is more lively in July and August. The apartment was very big and spacious. Bedrooms: the beds were quite hard. The wardrobes had very little or no shelving, with two bedrooms having no hanging rails. Kitchen: the kitchen has a small two hob cooker and no oven which restricts what you can cook. Entertainment: the holiday village tends to cater for retired people. It doesn't really suit younger people or families with teenage children. Location: Agay is beautiful but it's a bit of a distance from the A8 motorway which adds to the time required for trips. Access: The roads from the bay to the holiday village and the roads within the holiday village are steep enough (and dark at night), so wouldn't really suit anyone with mobility problems. Cleaning: when you arrive, you are offered the choice of cleaning your apartment prior to leaving or paying to have it cleaned, as with AirBnB.

One of the most terrible experiences of living in a apartment-hotel/resort. A hotel is supposed to be a place of comfort and relaxation. This was anything but that. There are so many “RULES” for the stay that you will feel that you’ve living in a school hostel rather than a hotel. They expects you to clean the apartment after your stay like you’re their house-keeping staff (only in this case you pay for all the work). Two girls come in the morning of your checkout, check the rooms and hand you the mop and the vaccum cleaner if they are not satisfied with your cleaning, and then proceed with giggling out (with the pleasure of punishing you, one cannot avoid the conclusion). Then, with packed bags, showered and clean and ready to look pretty for your travels, you engage into the task of cleaning the rooms and the toilet like you might not ever have cleaned your own house, lest they charge you from the 300 euros they keep as the “security deposit.” All this, with below average quality of linen and towels, ONE toilet roll for a family of FIVE, TWO small pouches of shampoo and body wash for a family of FIVE. Barely enough glasses in the kitchen to even drink water. Barely hot enough water in the shower. They don’t even have a kettle to warm/boil water in the kitchen! The rooms/apartments themselves are so isolated that you feel you’re on some forsaken ignored corner. The view? Nothing like what you see on the online booking pictures. You can barely see the waters even from the balcony. All in all, if you’re vacationing and want to have a relaxing stay, stay far away from this place. On the contrary, if you are a sadist and want to punish yourself and spend money on doing more household chores than you usually do, go for it. Our experience in one word: TERRIBLE We have travelled all over Europe, stayed in hotels, apartments and hostels, and we know and follow the principle of leaving your rooms clean. But THIS, this is punishment.”

Fantastic location, beautiful Esterel mountains are visible from the resort as well as azure sea glittering from our apartment. This elegant resort has everything you need: a pool with a view, private beach and exercise programs, minigolf and tennis. The resort area is beautifully surrounded by gardens and some of the houses have a sea view. Safe parking on the premises, several shops and restaurants on walking distance in the town of Agai. You have everything in the resort, no need to travel anywhere if you don’t want to. Hair stylists, face treatments, massage, restaurants, shop for souvenirs and friendly staff. All is extremely clean and well kept. -
