The only complaint would be, there needs to be more chairs around the pool area as it creates a bit of an issue

Fantastic view! Staff were amazing and helpful. Would do anything to make guests comfortable. Without a car, the location is far away from food or town. In suggest a car if you stay at this location.

The views were amazing! The double balcony’s were great! Parking was easy and employees were really kind.

The house we had was very spacious. The pool was very clean and the terrace surrounding it was wonderful. The view was very nice ,the house was very clean .The location is 5 min from the paved road ,the first time to arrive is a little dificult but after the first time very easy, you do need a car to reach it. It is in the middle of the island so it is very easy to go south or north to the different towns and beaches. Irene the owner of the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Our grandchild got sick during our stay and she was able to find a us the name of a pediatrician to see her.She also shared with us some of her wonderful cooking . You can walk down a hill to a beach and another very nice beach is a little bit further. Everything was wonderful ,the only thing I would suggest is putting a transparent shower curtain so the whole bathroom does not get wet when showering.

Amazing view and balcony with plenty of space and close to the port. Nice shared pool and gazebo with ping pong over looking the Mediterranean. The bed could be comfier.

Location, view Difficult to find the location. No signage with property name on entrance. Have to pre arrange transportation from port / airport to property. Need rent a car as property is far from shops, restaurants, other facilities and even main road.

Awesome host. Irene has a great personality and was very accommodating with our early check in request. Also great view. Best location for my family for summer 2025 (out of the 10 locations we stayed in Italy and Greece). Spacious and clean apartment. Will definitely recommend Acres Sunset residence if you are visiting Paros.

Hosts were amazing! Spacious rooms and the most amazing sunsets! The showers were a little difficult to work but apart from that the place was perfect for us

Fantastic views

I have visited all seven continents and stayed in many places. This is the most beautiful location, seeing sunset from one direction and sunrise from another direction all from our room. And a sandy, stony walk down a large hill to a quiet beach. And then there is a nice-sized infinity pool. Sparkling blue waters of the sea. And the owner, Irini, visited her grandparents on the island before buying and building. She and her husband , George, are personable and lovely. Staying here has been a great treat. Bed in the primary bedroom, like many we have found in Greece, was a bit firm for us.

Irene is amazing and so welcoming. We had a lovely stay, the balconies have such amazing views and the apartment was very spacious. It’s out of town so you need a car as taxis are very expensive but the views are so worth it.

The property had everything we needed, was beautifully clean and Irene’s welcome pack of wine and breakfast was a lovely surprise. Loved having the plunge pool, several sun beds and outdoor areas to relax in as well as having the communal pool and relaxation area to enjoy. Irene was always on hand to answer any questions and advise us on what would be good to do. She was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is known that you need a car to properly enjoy this property, and having a car was very helpful in getting around the island (and across to Andiparos - don’t just go as a foot passenger). However, the rough track to get to the property was hard going, but not insurmountable (even in a tiny hire car).

We loved everything about Irene’s Villas! The apartments were gorgeous, the view amazing, the pool was great as was the local beach and Irene is an excellent host! Absolutely nothing, it’s perfect!

Beautiful place with stunning view . Great spot for sunset as well. The villa was very comfortable with private pool. The host was exceptional! Look after us and checked that we have everything we need. We were also treated with a delicious food made by her. Would definitely book this place again when in Paros. All was great
