Oscar Suites & Village

The staff was amazing, very helpful and so friendly. Loved the room so much! We got a free upgrade to the seaview suite with jacuzzi. The pools and other facilities were also lovely. Had a really good time at Oscar Suites & Village! Can't find anything negative about my stay.

The property was very nice and was exactly as advertised. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were great with lots of water pressure. The breakfast had many good options. I also appreciate the hospitality from Michael. He was great, and we wish we had a chance to talk with him more. The rest of the staff were very nice. There were a couple of things that would make the stay better. 1- The poll closes at 7pm. When I asked why, I feel like I got a bunch of excuses that did not make sense. There is no lifeguard at that time. Really, its greece. Where is there a lifeguard? I hiked the Samaria Gorge, and it would have been nice to come back and relax at the pool. 2- They need to buy some umbrellas for the breakfast area. You come out for breakfast, and the tables in the shade are taken, and then there are 5 tables sitting in the hot sun that no one can sit at. It seems like an easy fix to the situation. 3- When there is a kitchen, there should always be dish soap, a sponge, and a kitchen towel. Am I supposed to wash my dishes with my bath towel?

The hotel is great, and the service is effective. The breakfast is both ample and delicious. It was a great stay. The saxophonist at breakfast should grin. When the song is played, it sounds fantastic.

The Property has free parking available and breakfast was included in the price. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was run down and felt like and empty A appartement with random furniture in it that did not make any sense how it was arranged. The beds were not made, the sheets were piled up on the bed for the guest to prepare. Shower head was terrible and there was mold in the shower. Definitely not a 4 star stay or a unit.

Where they didn't get maximum there were mixed experiences. The guy on reception was top excellent, the lady was OK. Cleanliness was good, but even though we checked on the form during check-in that we need cleaning only every 3 days they still replaced towels every day unnecessarily. Finally, we could communicate with the janitor lady and for our direct request she stopped. The restaurant is good and fairly priced. Waiters were very kind and helpful. Full breakfast, good and changing selection. see above + one morning we had no hot water, I couldn't bath.

Everything - staff were fantastic. We booked Oscar Suites but were upgraded to the sister hotel Phos (newly opened) which is superb! We were able to use facilities at both and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to the beaches and a (long) walk to Chania if you fancy it - or a bus trip (2 euros). The restaurants in Agia Marina are the best experienced anywhere we've been. Gym could do with a refresh but I understand there will be one in Phos for next year

The hotel is quite new and the stuff it's amazing. They have a really nice garden, two clean pools. The breakfast was pretty good with many things to choose. Room was clean. The stuff was amazing and wants to help. The neighborhoods was very loudly, maybe the walls are not isolated phonic.

Everything was just as the picuters portrayed. Our suite was overlooking the street and you could see the beach which was only walking distance. Excellent location close to shops, beach and restaurants. Amazing hospitality by all the staff. Daily housekeeping was also wonderful. Private jacuzzi was awesome as were the views. Breakfast offered wonderful choices and was freshly made daily which included pastries, egss and salads, juices and champagne as well. Wonderful shared pool with plenty of shade and sunny spots. Excellent bar service with drinks delivered to your sun lounge. nothing to complain about at all.

This is our third stay at Oscar, and we had another excellent experience. The hotel is right on the Main Street with lots to do around. The hotel property itself is beautiful with two pools, and the friendliest and most accommodating staff- From the front desk to the cleaning staff! There is a parking lot, which helps because parking on the main street is difficult. Overall great stay, and we look forward to coming back. Nothing!

They were really nice to our small (cute and well behaved) dog which is a real plus for us. The staff were really friendly and nice to us and the breakfast was good. Good parking and nice clean, spacious room. The only issue was that the air con machine blew directly onto the bed so it made us cold.

The location is in the centre of touristic Agia Marina, for only 2 euro single you can take the bus to Chania city center. The hotel is well equipped with two pools and nice roomy apartment rooms. The staff is hyper friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Oscar Suites & Village Hotel in Crete. The atmosphere was wonderful, and special thanks go to the manager, Michael, who embodies all the qualities of a great manager. He always finds solutions and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back. It was truly amazing.
