We got a free upgrade to a beautiful house. All the facilities were in excellent condition and very stylish. The infinity restaurant (standard restaurant with all inclusive) had lots of choices. Some were of very good quality and taste. The hotel is an actual village with a kids' playground that was immaculately clean and a very cool water park. Also lots of pools and a nice little spa that was very clean. Some of the staff were a bit too casual for a five star hotel, they should be reminded to be always polite and formal in their conduct (not applicable to the reception desk staff).. Staff in the infinity restaurant sometimes couldn't keep up during business hours and tables were not always cleaned after use, which is unacceptable for any hotel, even more so a five star one.. Some food choices were completely tasteless, some quality checks should be done. First time in Greece having eggs with no taste (one example only). Hot tab/jacuzzi in our room was broken, stove was also not working and there weren't any kitchenware like pots. Beach is probably one of the worse in Chalkidiki, super rocky, not the hotels fault of course but need to be said given the areas high standards in terms of beaches. The hotel offers frequent transfers with mini bus to the beach which was very nice. The beach bar is free for guests. Drinks in the various hotel bars were nice.

Everything was exellent ,the hospitality of the reception , the service of the waiters, the cleaning etc.. Everything was in its place . It was a total peace and relaxation for us . The food was also very good . We are experts in tourism and we know this work and the difficulties this sector has very well, so we appreciate their work even more. Good luck. Nothing. One of the very best resort in Chalkidiki, with a great staff and service. Very unique style, and cozy atmosphere.

The venue is quiet, with lot of greenery, great spa and other facilities, waterpark ,we couldn’t use it due to the weather was a bit cold. We will return back for sure at summer time. More capsules for the espresso machine in room. Definitely need more days .

The location is unique, the sea is amazing and the food was also great !! It is a very luxury hotel with many spots to relax either on your own or with your family. It was truly amazing.

Amazing location with breathtaking views. A serene place best for relaxation. The amenities were up to standard for this type of hotel, very fresh and high quality food. The employees were very helpful and kind and always with a smile on their face. Highly recommended
