A truly beautiful place — the pearl of Agia Pelagia. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, and the suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredible: friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer

A wonderful stay! Upon check in we were given Prosecco and water, and when Anna at the front desk realized we were traveling with friends, she upgraded us at no charge so we could have rooms next to each other. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff had a lovely spread prepared for us in the rooms upon arrival! After learning of my allergies, they took it upon themselves to make me different birthday treats I was able to eat and bring us another bottle of wine. Every member of the staff was friendly and attentive — always asking if we needed anything and happy to help if need be. On my birthday I had a very relaxing massage and facial with Nikolas, and later in the evening Yiannis the hotel manager sent us up a bottle of Prosecco when he saw us taking photos above the restaurant. We had a great dinner at the restaurant that night (in addition to having breakfasts there as well). Before leaving, Eric gave us a nice little gift, which we greatly appreciated! We were truly blown away by the staff and highly recommend a stay at Castello Infinity Suites.

The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, nice and friendly. We asked for directions, guidance to locations and they were more than happy to help. We booked the spa, which was amazing. The food at the hotel is incredible as is the service. It was quiet, not busy, a real sense of an adults only hotel. The location is right on the beach, the views of the ocean are amazing.

This place was by far the highlight of our trip to Greece. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us exceptionally well, going the extra mile with accommodations. The restaurant was top notch when we ate there for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a high quality and varied menu. A highlight was a sunset dinner with a live saxophonist performing into the evening with the calm bay in the background. Our room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing with a plunge pool and loungers. Location is perfect, steps away from a lovely beach town with restaurants and shops that was pleasantly tranquil during our mid-May visit. Will hopefully be returning here during a future Greek island trip.

Wonderful experience. A small, yet modern and exceptional hotel. From wine and sweets upon arrival to honey and local spices upon departure. Rooms with private pools. Beautiful views of the bay. Excellent breakfast (exquisite menu). Sauna and dry jacuzzi (Thank you, Nikos). All our questions and requests were answered perfectly (Thank you, Eri). The best hotel in the best location in Crete. We will definitely be back. Nothing. All was perfect

Restaurant, Spa Attention

The staff are very welcoming and nice, the room very clean with stunning views. Walking to beach was very easy. The breakfast also was very nice and it was served in the top terrace with beautiful view of the beach and town. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at the Castello was fantastic. The room is very nice and luxurious. The private pool on the balcony is really big and pleasant to spend an afternoon, it’s really not just a gimmick. The hotel’s restaurant is very good with a great view on the sea. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing!

I wholeheartedly recommend this gem in Crete to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with exceptional comfort and service.

Our room had a door to make it adjoining and I found that we could hear the people next door really clearly. I recommend requesting a room without this.
