Location-wise, this is one of the best hotels at a very reasonable price. It has the highest rooftop closest to the Taj Mahal, offering an amazing view. We upgraded to a Taj View room at the time of booking, and the view of the Taj Mahal from the room was truly breathtaking. The hotel is very family-friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Maybe we lucked out with two rooms facing directly to the Taj Mahal, but the view is simply breathtaking and unequalled value for money. The hotel itself is not its first flush of beauty, but tasteful, clean and well- maintained - the staff pride is clear to see. We enjoyed the fried.y, rela No complaints.

Room is cleaned as per my expectations and a big one with a little dining area, a TV has no cable connection. Bathroom was clean but smelly, could improve on that

The hotel itself is very nice and original, the situation in Agra is really perfect to visit the Taj Mahal. The room was ok but not really warm water...:) Personal was nice. We met Aman at the reception, who really helped us in the organisation of our trip also after Agra. Warm water in the evening not available. Due to frog, we couldn't get some dry bedsheets.

Lift was not working, intercom was not working,I had to come down stairs to buy Water and yes bathrooms are extremely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Not recommended

Nothing. I have not seen hell. But I think hell should have been better than the hotel. The bathroom smells, dirty, uncleaned, Very unhygienic. no hot water. Taps are broken, and 100 years old. Nothing. I am going to write the department of Tourism, India. They do not understand the meaning of hygiene, and cleanliness.

location is good staff who is in the reception for night duty he is asking money extra to pay with out bill if we don't pay he won't send outside of the hotel. he will say that this is a mandatory to pay money everyone will pay why you won't pay

Location to East Gate Taj Mahal. Room with view of Taj. Good value for a more rustic amenities. Room missing complimentary items- tea, coffee, hot water maker, small fridge to keep bottle water cold. Combined shower, toilet, sink arrangent.

Only the view of taj mahal from the window was the good part. The staff were extremely unprofessional and not at all helpful, even though we had not paid before checking in, we were forced to take up and pay for two rooms for a night, even if we were getting family suite. Rooms were full of mosquitoes and wifi was very poor, no lift and stairs were very steep, staff were not available for helping with the luggage. And they were only after payment. Not at all a value for money option. First te I had this kind of experience from a hotel, booked from booking.com.

1. Location- just a 5 min walk from the Taj. 2. Food at their restaurant - Non-veg Rooms were very poorly maintained and cleanliness was highly compromised. All the taps and the flush in the restroom were constantly leaking. Room and bedsheets were extremely dirty.

Location is very good.. Staff behaviour can be rated as excellent Its just walking distance to Taj Mahal east gate.. But the room and bathroom wasn’t clean further the ambience of stay is very poor. Its worth if you are paying around 500 or something.
