The room was clean and neat. The room photos are as like the shown photos in the booking.com site. The staff was very nice and they are helpful at any time without hesitation. South indian food is just 100 meters away. Greyser is common for all the rooms and is at the top of the floor. It would take nearly 20 to 30 minutes to get the hot water. And also there is no window for fresh air.

They didn’t clean the room, the power was off many times and sometimes for a quarter of the day. The restaurant looks cute but they have maybe three things on that menu. Not really what they say they offer. The staff was rude, the receptionist wanted to charge me more than previously agreed through Booking.com, which i sent her to hell for and didn’t pay that cuota (they don’t care but they will try to get extra money out of your pocket). The hotel’s driver was ok but once our trip was over he was calling me through my personal phone number… and then texted me about EVERYTHING I bought. How did he know? Well… If you want to stay in Agra, just do yourself a favor and pay more to get a better option than this.
