It is one of the best places to stay in Agra. Special Mention Mr. Arjun, he has supported and arranged my entire trip plan from Agra to jaipur and Delhi. Language is not a barricade here. He was very fluent in English. This has really supported and guided me in my entire triangular trip. Thanks a lot, Arjun, once again for your support and service. Car parking available All good.

Quiet street, close to markets at the end of the road. Close to taj west gate, But we had a driver that took us and dropped us off, so didn't walk it. Banging with building work til 10pm, very echoey... If someone was taking in another room you could hear them plainly. Stayed in Taj nice point but it's the same hotel as next door, but the doors locked on it... Couldn't work it out really!

I love everything about the place especially the owner Arjun Singh & manager Karan very very kind and nice people. Really enjoyed the stay with them . Next time I come to Agra I won’t think twice about booking with Taj Nice point hotel again. I recommend them fully. It’s in a quiet area so no noise but not far from Taj Mahal only 1.2 kms away There is nothing like that everything was wonderful and great. The food was excellent they took special care and made the food according to our needs :)

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. They were always helpful and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The bathroom was quite dirty when I arrived — the toilet was in a very poor state. After reporting it, the staff did come to clean, but it still didn’t look properly clean afterward. In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which also spread into the bedroom area. It made the stay less comfortable, even though I kept the door closed most of the time. That said, I understand that this level of cleanliness might be considered normal for this price range in India. Overall, excellent service from the staff, but the hygiene definitely needs improvement.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean, the food was delicious, and the manager was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was awesome. Location was also very good. All the major places like TajMahal, Agra fort, etc are very nearby. Staff is very good and polite. Room is also very neat and tidy. Room has no windows.
