The location and the view are both amazing. The whole property is well though out, everything looks neat, organized, clean and really enjoyable. Almost too good to believe. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and very nice people. Breakfast was plenty, and delicious. Something to bear in mind though, is that you will have to drive up a steep hill on the way to the property, so be prepared tho shift down in lower gears.

The very helpful and forthcoming owner demonstrates his high ambitions in everything from the nice garden and pool with excellent views of the bay to the freshly prepared breakfast with homemade products. From next year a restaurant will be added. Difficult to find with google maps. Call and ask for directions.

Beautiful setting with well managed grounds and pool area. No bar, restaurant, or snack facilities but draconian rules imposed on us about no eating in or next to the room never heard if a rule like it before especially when the hotel offers nothing as an alternative. My 88 year old mother had to negotiate a flight of stone steps at night to go to her elevated room, with no lighting or hand rail for support. We had to illuminate the steps at night with our car lighting. Very isolated with no nearby facilities, so you need transport.

Beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere, great personnel and the owners. Great view, very clean. They buy from local farmers or produce their own food for breakfast. Shared sightseeing tips. Very very good. Would go back again.

We liked the view Although they say the pool can be used 24/7, there is always a cleaning robot inside the pool,24/7,that can be very dangerous to people because electrically connected to a plug so one risks to get electrified. Breakfast offers a very limited choice with cheap products from the local discount market. The 2 restaurants advised by the hotel treated us in the worst possible way and their food was horrible.Street to get to the hotel is very narrow and dangerous and the owners don’t warn the clients about it. It’s prohibited to eat inside the rooms, even though any sort of snack or restaurant service is absent after breakfast time, and if you do, you will be scolded on the phone by the owner like a 2 year old baby. Family small hotel handled by the family teenagers who are too young and lack the experience to do this. Definitively not worth the money they ask and I do not consider this a 4 star hotel.

Location, staff kindness, view , accommodation is very well maintained Bed with memory foam. There is not much place to eat at the hotel. It would be nice to have a dining or snack area.

Everything about this property is perfect. The attention to detail is second to none. Owned & run by a truly caring & conscientious family. Nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Rooms are all very private & carefully planned out. The first thing to strike me was the wonderful scent in the room, a reed room scenter & a plug-in. Bed linen was outstanding; high quality cotton, silk too. Beds & pillows super comfortable. Lightning & fixtures; beautiful. Plenty of room. Matching, quality coat hangers in wardrobe. Great sized bathroom, beautifully thought out. Powerful shower. Quality towels. Breakfast (included) was wonderful; homemade jams, plenty of homemade cakes & pastries. Home produced hams too. Everything beautifully set out. Swimming pool is great size with plenty of matching sun loungers & umbrellas around. Pool towels are provided. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We sat outside most evenings, enjoying snacks or pizza & Prosecco (not provided at hotel) The views are absolutely stunning. Because of this, be mindful that a car is essential to get anywhere, you’re amongst the mountains here! TBH there was nothing not to like here! If I’m being picky; I’d say few more coat hangers, I did miss not having any drawers in the room.

This has been by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly. They treat you as friends, not as clients! The breakfast was excellent as well. Self-made salumi, seld-made jams, local cheese, everything was great! I will for sure come back! #N/A

Gaetano and Giusy are wonderful hosts. Super friendly, fantastic support at any time. everything is just perfect at La Frescura del Príncipe. The whole structure is beautiful. Super nice pool, fantastic rooms, every little thing is great. The breakfast is outstanding with all kinds of homemade and delicious treats. We loved every second here and for sure will be back - hopefully soon. nothing.
