The Size of the rooms

Newly build, clean and a good location. Staff was courteous and helpful. Nice breakfast included. Rooms are small size with low ceilings. Fixed windows with no view. There is another building almost adjacent to the window. Bathroom layout is not user centric, showers are right in front of the door, leaving the entire floor wet at all times. Towels were worn out.

Thier breakfast start time was late. It should have started by 6.30 not 7.30 we could not take breakfast any day as we had to leave by 7 Every day for our functions

There was the option of early check in (8 am) on booking.com with lil extra payment. Even i did select early check in, the hotel refused to honor it. Made me wait 2 hours in the lobby. The front desk staff were very rude and unyielding. I was told there are no rooms available but i saw plenty of people check out while i was waiting for almost 3 hours.

Beautiful property with a high spec finish, attentive staff who looked after us. We arrived late (11pm)and used the restaurant (great food) but were hustled to rush as they clearly wanted to get home.

Very good service from staff. Clean essentials. Nice breakfast room. Shower didn’t work in first room we checked into. But the hotel were happy to move us to a room across the hallway.
