This is such a gorgeous heritage hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the building is absolutely stunning. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa, and many meals at the restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Restaurants were excellent, we ate there multiple times during our stay. Proximity to the mosque was an added bonus, as we could hear the call to prayers during the day, which added to the ambiance.

In addition to the obvious— heritage hotel full of art and crafts, modern comforts, location right next to my concert, in diverse, central area of city. They performed heroically when feinted and passed out in the restaurant— incidentally with first rate Gujerati food.

It’s a beautiful heritage property,well maintained and pleasantly green . The architecture, jhoolas , cafe restaurant, textile shop , roof top restaurant for gujrati thaali … was all good Room service at late night is slow and food options are minimal . Both nights we had to Swiggy outside food . Front desk processes are slow . Our check out in morning at 9.15 am took 38 mins ! The phones in the room should be changed for better efficiency on calling . They were mostly discharged

This is a beautiful property located in the heart of the old city. The interiors are tastefully done, and the rooms are large and very comfortable. A meal at both their restaurants is highly recommended. Outstanding local food.

As a regular visitor to Ahmedabad, there is only one place to stay: House of MG. The staff cannot be any better, always charming and funny, and the rooms are huge, if sometimes quirky because of the building only. Always a joy to discover a room that one has not seen previously. One cannot help want to linger within its precincts. The breakfast is always superb--and any meals at the downstairs restaurant are superb, at all hours. The textile store/museum is exceptional with superb collections and staff.

A heritage property that gives you a taste of the richness of original Ahmedabad. There are a lot of family photos in the room. They should be in the gallery. People have nothing to do with it.

Couldn’t get enough of the Intricate layout and the beautiful architecture. Attention to detail in aesthetics and colors is everywhere the eye goes. Staff is professional and courteous. On site dining with endless delicious options. Heritage walk is a must do on side spa is nice. Beautiful indoor swimming pool. Could install water fountains or water supply points at various location, so guest can fill their bottle themselves. Not really a negative.

Beautiful heritage hotel in old town. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The rooftop restaurant is quite an experience. The staff was super friendly and they did a wonderful waking tour in the morning for us. We found a cockroach in the room’s bathroom on day one, we informed the reception and they removed it.

Fantastic hotel in Ahmedabad’s old town. Clean, very comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, really good food. Such a wonderfully decorated hotel, very well maintained. A gift shop, textile shop, spa, and book store all within the hotel make one’s stay even better!

Nice location that can walk to explore old city area, easy to take taxi to many place. The staff really helpful espeacialy when you have to follow the state regulation or some document issue. Because is renovate from the house to hotel , some room planning is too big or too small, too much variety of room layout and many waste space around you. Some furniture for example the working chair- is not practicle and have a high level match with table. It can’t useful. Our room the door lock broken from the first day that we are there. Just some not practicle thing follow the building vondition make you not smooth when you stay. Other is nice
