He said that if you book in case then you get a good room, similar room is available online, now whatever money you have paid, you will get the same room, we had gone there earlier but its price was high, hence we booked online.

It's situated very close to NID. It's the closest hotel actual, just across the road. I went there for my situation test. Stay was nice, and the staff were helpful. Accommodating our needs for breakfast and making sure everything goes smoothly. Rooms are also clean and good. Some of the lights weren't working, and AC had some issues too, but we went in March, so the weather was fine. It was not much of a problem. Though it might be for anyone who is not accommodating to heat.

The hotel had a power outage during my stay which left the staff operating like headless chickens. I endured no hot water, no wifi, no room service and the utter stupidity of reception staff for the duration of my stay. In the past, Hotel Aaram has established itself as a reliable budget hotel - what happened?

Other than location convinience of being next to a reputed institute, nothing was likeable. The hotel staff were rude and denied us stay, if a boy and girl would share a room. They were extremely rude in explaining why this is not allowed, and they kept shouting even after I had agreed to book a separate room for my friend. It was very unclean and unhygienic. the floor were not clean, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed sheets looked like they had been ironed without a wash. It was an Ac room and the window kept sliding open by itself, I woke up in the middle of the night because the window was wide open and the room had lost all the cooling. I had to jam pieces of paper to keep it from sliding again. Overall the service was horrible and they charged way too much while providing such bad facilities.
