Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Location is central but so are a 100 other hotels in the same area. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service, extremely rude uncle who runs the place. No hot water, no functional plumbing and disgusting bedsheets. And they cheated us and charged 600 extra for no reason. Please do not book this place, I wish I had read some more reviews like this before booking.

Only the location as it is just step away from CG Road There were cockroaches in the room, the fan in the room must be 20 yrs old. The landline in the room doesn't work. I asked the hotel staff to check but they were least bothered. Hotel offers bread butter , poha and poori chole in the breakfast every day. Coffee in the breakfast was bad in smell. Shortage of staff that what they were everytime said. Overall not at all worth.

The location is Central, access and transport to surroundings is very easily available. It's an old property, with worn out flooring, dirty sofa, chocked toilet and wet bathroom

Will not go there again. Nothing like the picture. I did not take pictures Overall poor service. Not clean, no hot water except available at 6.30am. No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Can not get many of the item on the list for breakfast etc. No proper loundary service. Over all poor. Made me change the room to smaller size.

The location is on the main road. The market is nearby. The hotel is short on staff. The property is old and some floors undergoing renovation. The restaurant service was also not good. We booked three rooms . Cons 1. The washroom drain got choked everytime during bath 2. Due to staff shortage the service is slow and food is just ok. We saw no other person/family eating out there. 3. The rooms walls need renovation. 4. There was some gap between the door and floor level in one of our room. Due to this a rat snuck inside our room. The manager didn't believe at first and told staff to complain on treebo. After their staff confirmed themselves that there is a rat then only they changed the room. 5. No milk or anything from restaurant for child even at 7 am in morning. 6. Condition of Rooms is not as shown in picutre Pros The staff was helpful
