The bed sheets was not white, looks like very old, and room was too small, there was not enough space for an additional bed, however we manage

Comfortable room and the location makes it easy to get around the city. The room was a little small and the shower was a little unpredictable.

From good location, decent vibes and ambiance, clean rooms, all amenities working well , well behaved staff to Good food - this hotel stay has everything to Offer. Definitely recommended

Friendly and responsive staff The breakfast and dinner food choices were sufficient even though not wide spread The linens and towels were not very clean. If the hotel could improve on this, it would be a great choice!

- we just needed a place to sleep before our flight, so decent location (15 mins away) from airport; - Good staff, helped with luggage; - Room/bathroom was clean and Hot water worked; - wifi worked; - Gave bottle of mineral water in room; - Room was relatively small (so if you have more than 2 big baggages, you have to be creative how to store them); - AC didn't work (it was Dec but still hot outside); - Will be good to provide airport shuttle service

Fully vegetarian! Eat without fear. We've pre-paid for a night stay via CC and came to know the payment wasn't captured in the hotel system. As such we were required to pay again during the check-out. Booking.com hasn't reply our inquiry for the refund yet. Please act on it & avoid such issues in the future. Appreciate fast response with solution/refund. Thank you in advance.
