I had stayed here several years ago. The location is very good. Transport easy and accessible. Comfortable and quiet room. Nice view of the jain temple across the street. A fine stay. The room could use a refresh in terms of decor. The check in and check out experience was less welcoming and friendly - too many guests at one time.

Overall the hotel room was comfortable 1. There was a delay in check in as the Xerox machine was not able to take proper photocopy of idenification document 2. The Wifi did not work inspite of check in and inputting proper details 3. The Wifi suddenly stopped working at night and again in the morning and had to be reactivaed at the reception 4. There was no hand towel provided 5. The knob to start the shower was not working

We can tired and exhausted from a very long road trip from Amritsar - Ahmedabad and upon arrival we are given a room not even clean, very disappointed from lemon tree hotel Ahmedabad

preferred Hotel location at City centre. Location is great, most of the sights are near from here. Still peaceful surroundings. Room was super cozy. Staff very caring and comforting. Food upto the mark and complete variety. Being first timer in Ahmedabad, Ms Deepika at reception guided to plan our tour sequence for sight visits. Her support helped us decide to take cab/ auto/ our car for the day tour. Deepika and Karan also befriended my 6yr daughter and helped her in her sweet plan in our absence. Less popular, even when they have great potential of location and welcoming staff.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the warm and generous hospitality extended by Mr. Sanjeev, (FO) and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable and valued. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding service truly stood out. I would like to share an incident that happened during my recent stay. A front office employee stopped my friend at the reception and asked where he was going. My friend politely told him that he had already checked in the day before. At that time, I also reached the reception and found that the employee who was asking already knew that we were already aware of our check-in the previous day. Despite this, she asked my friend, "Whose ID did you produce? Give the ID again." This created unnecessary confusion. She started checking the system again, which took extra time. While the intention may have been to ensure safety, the approach could have been more polite and professional, especially since we were already registered guests. I understand that protocols must be followed, but clear communication and respectful tone makes a significant difference in the guest experience. I appreciate the hospitality overall, but I believe this particular situation could have been handled more gracefully. I hope staff will be reminded to respectfully verify details, especially when guests have already checked in.

The hotel has a lot going for it—good food, an ideal location, and clean, comfortable rooms. However, the service was a major letdown. The reception staff were unhelpful and at times rude, especially when I asked for help with a WiFi issue that was never resolved. I also requested a travel adapter, which they promised to send to my room, but it never arrived despite follow-ups. A disappointing experience given the potential. Response from the staff.
