But there is a serious need of an immediate pest control, as the furniture in the dining area of the restaurant was full of roaches, which certainly must be entering the kitchen and contaminating the food .

The location was excellent and very convenient to transportation, restaurants, shops. The staff were very responsive, helpful and polite. Room needs to be updated with better furniture and furnishings - bed covers, curtains, chairs, table, lamps etc. Portion of the room had a step which one had to be careful to notice. The bathroom was too basic and needs a serious upgrade, not proper hot water, no partitions to avoid the entire floor from becoming wet hence unsafe - providing rubber slippers is not the answer.

Very nice property, neat and clean easy to reach. All staff are polite and helpful they provide me room upgrade as a complementary. Breakfast is also good and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay for corporate and family stay.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff is prompt. Found it to be one of the better hotels in Navrangpura area which is close to many tourist attractions. Some of the staff members were not very polite. The restaurant took a long time to fulfil orders.

The wifi was not strong enough to be received at every corner of the room. Only some specific spots could work. The hot water was unstable. Most of the time it was not hot enough.

Nothing... This is the crappiest hotel I've stayed at. Food poisoning - that's what we got. Stay away from this dump. This hotel stinks. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's policy of allowing smokers to smoke in the room means practically every room stinks. It's impossible to stay in any room. But the worst experience of our lives was after breakfast Monday morning. Within 30min we started to feel unwell and shortly after, both of us were violently sick - projectile vomiting and diarria - some time both at the same time. This continued throughout the day into the small hours. We both had food poisoning. We were due to travel that day but had to book into another hotel to rest. My wife is still weak so we're resting. It's obvious, food had been prepared and kept under not hygienic condition. It's probably warmed up and served for breakfast. Judging by the no. of staff just loitering aimlessly round the dining room it's obvious that they don't have many customers hence any prepared food just sits in the pots. This is positively the worst hotel we've had the misfortune to book. We've been travelling India for a month or so, a dozen different hotels but this hotel is the crappiest. After our experience, there is no way I could write a positive review.
