Ambience like horror movie set, most things broken, smelly corridors smelly rooms, AC in room were omitting just dust and cigrate smell. There paint peeling off the my room walls. ( 102) Lift was like about to fall no maintenance or service Done Worst experience with restaurant. Quality of restaurant food is worst then street food. Room service asking extra money for even water List is still longer

There are no good restaurants in walking distance and it’s surrounded by Muslim community.

On arrival hotel said "Your booking was cancelled". I showed live status at booking.com mentioned "Confirmed". Hotel said "we don't know, if you want you can pay cash with more price and only for 1 night, instead 2 nights, 2nd night we can't provide no rooms. My question is - what is going on? Hotel, what are you doing? Before arrival hotel tryed to ask me to pay in advance on 3rd party web site/whatsap. In my booking it was clearly mentioned - "payment on arrival". Worst hotel, don't book here. Nothing

Location. It is wrongly projected as on Riverfront property. Its a kilometre away. Breakfast option was very basic.

Management didn't picked up the Phone, neither confirmed whether it's available or not.

breakfast spread was average. with limited choice. room size was good. but since the property is old so the rooms did not feel fresh. . the front desk person on 13th evening milan thakker Or some similar name was adamant about the fact that your booking shows 1 person so if there is a second person you have to pay 700 more. when we said the booking. comon the day i booked as well as on 13th is showing 3818( price I had paid) for 2 ppl with breakfast. but he did not budge. then we even countered so for 1 person it is less then why did the hotel take 3818? he had no reply just a poor attitude. and all this after a 10 he car journey from the rann of kutchh. it was my first and last stay at treebo run hotels.

With limited options the breakfast was fresh but certainly needs more variety. More varieties in breakfast
