The location was supposed to be good, near the railway station, but the extreme amount of dust and road closure for road construction made it a bit inconvenient. There is no dining room. All orders are served in the US room.

Good room, but no lift to the 7th floor. Renovation chaos Reception day duty staff turnec out to be utterly unprofessional. It did not respond to my 8 calls while I checked with them about my late check-in as my train was delayed. A gentleman in the night shift helped. Or else, I would have to book some other place at the eleventh hour. They didn't even read and responded to my mail which was sent though the booking.com app. Bad experience. Room was good so I could sleep well to wake up early next morning.
