Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The moment we reached, something just felt off. The entrance itself was strange and gave a very uncomfortable vibe, especially since the place is in a pretty isolated and silent area. I was traveling with my family, and we immediately felt we hadn’t made the right choice. To make things worse, we checked in around 8 PM and the lift situation was genuinely scary. There were no lights inside the lift, and the area around it was dark and spooky. The lift itself seemed broken but was somehow still operational, and it honestly felt like it could stop or fall at any moment. It was extremely unsettling. Even before arriving, I had called them twice to clearly mention that my basic requirement was cleanliness. Despite that, the room was still extremely dirty. When we asked them again to get it cleaned, they simply avoided the conversation and did not take any responsibility. When we entered the room, it was a complete letdown. There were cigarette ashes everywhere — even inside the drawers — and a thick layer of dust on almost every surface. It genuinely felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make things worse, basic things like the commode and furniture were either broken or in very poor condition. The bedsheets and linens were dirty, which just made it even harder to relax. On top of that, we kept spotting insects like spiders and lizards around the room and entrance, which was honestly quite disturbing. What really added to the frustration was the staff. The owner seemed polite on call, but the manager at the property was rude and completely uncooperative. There was no effort to help or even acknowledge the issues we were facing. We stayed just for a night, but even that felt like a stretch. For the amount we paid, this place was absolutely not worth it. You can easily find much better, cleaner, and safer options in Ahmedabad.
