The staff was great and helpful and always there for support and the rooms had a good size The breakdfast was below avarage and the room had a lot of smell and post request, they did change the same but was not satisfactory

Nothing I liked about the property it is a 4 star it’s a third class hotel to stay Even after booking a suite The AC was not working the bedding was very rough and uncomfortable room service refused to pick up calls at anytime of the day the pizza ordered was uncooked I order milk for my son they gave unboiled milk to drink they charge you if u want cold water etc etc

i AM WAITING FOR THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGEMENT, INSTEAD OF CHARGING inr 4450 / THEY HAVE CHARGED ME ABOUT SGD 1450 APROX . i HAVE ALREADY RAISED THE ISSUE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS WELL AS WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT , BUT NO RESPONSE URGENT FOLLOW UP REQUIRED SLOW TO NO RESPONSE ON FORGERY DONE
