We had to check in pretty late at night. They didn’t turn us away but they weren’t super pleased either. Absolutely not as described on booking.com, dirty stained toilet seats, stained threadbare bedding, a mould/damp issue which contributed to shabby interior and bubbling paintwork. Really difficult to find as it’s listed as an entirely different hotel, and as for the complimentary buffet breakfast - this does not exist.

Good location, nice staff, Elevator facility... Etc... Room Air Conditioning..... Slightly lower then expected..... It's summer season... So it must be very good in terms of cooling....

Location. Rude staff, rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned. Had hairs on bed. Side table of bed had some liquid spilled on it and was not cleaned. Room windows were not getting locked properly. Horrible condition to stay.

Cant say. 1. Changed room due to not availability of hot water in the booked room, 2. Room was booked for 2 persons on booking.com, but at location, owner asked for 1 person only. Extra charges paid. 3. Hotel name is different on booking website. and so difficult to get located on map. and even auto taken advantages. 4. No water supply for 1 hr in morning, compromised to get fresh due to time limits 5. Overall Pathetic review of booking.com and the hotel also. 5. Pleas do not play with customers time and emergency
