Foreigner ? Don't go to this hôtel. It is not allowded for Foreigners and BOOKING.com and their unprofessional work don't mention it !! Plus at the check-out the Guy sent a message to Booking saying that i didnt show to make me pay 2 Times instead of once. Everything is not great, the security, the location, the Price is so expensive for what it is. Plus i put all the responsability on booking.com because they don't even know how to prevent these things ?

Nothing .. zero cleanliness. Location is pathetic. Worst smell. Dirty bedsheet, dirty towels, even they won’t provide water bottle.

Didn't like anything. Hotel Sutter was down when we reached the after viewing room I decided not to check in . Cockroaches were on the floor .

My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I was able to get a great night's sleep during my stay. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, which was important to me as a traveler.

I been traveling all over the world, Pratiksha Hotel i certainly one of the best hotel I visited to far, chef Basu Dev and Rosin are fantastic, their food is delicious. I love it i enjoy the stay because I feel at home
