Facility, room I booked a room from 12pm onwards I arrived at 12:45pm and they said u have to wait for the room.

Nothing. Hotel authority said that they already have opt out of OYO members since long and they have cancelled their tie-up with OYO. Secondly, It was showing 3 Star property on OYO website but it is not even 1 Star.
