Rooms were small

Decent location. AC worked. Cheap. Reception accommodated my requests. Very dirty sheets, needed them all replaced. House keeper demanded a tip for changing dirty sheets. No Window room. Bathroom could use a proper cleaning. Photos of room not accurate. Noisy. Given an already opened/refilled bottle of water.
