The restaurant was ok, Th staff were courteous. Check in and out was quick. location was on the main road. only about 5 slots of parking in front of the hotel, & if a visitor came to the restaurant, they got the parking. We had to park a distance away. The lift was not working during our entire 2 night stay & we were on the 3rd floor. Management kept saying ' it will be fixed in half an hr'. it was never fixed

overall property is fine. 1) the jet spray in washroom was functional properly. also in the parking area where my car was parked. the security guard / some hotel staff cleaned the vehicle beside by car, making my car have dirt stains due to wet cleaning of the vehicle parked beside my car. also the parking area doesn’t have a roof / shelter and the vehicle stands exposed to sun all the day time and exposed dust because it’s just along the road. 2) also the food was ok as in the veg handi we had ordered was having a thin gravy instead of a thick gravy. the quantity was good but lacked taste. also the butter naan was crispy like a papad. it should be soft which when we highlighted they gave a replacement without any extra cost. 3) as we stayed for nights, 1 water bottle was complementary per day. we got 1 bottle on the day of check in but had to remind for 2nd day. also they considered this 2nd bottle as paid service which when we told that we hadn’t received bottle for 2nd day, they waived off the charge. 4) the table cloth on food table of restaurant was not clean. it had food stains. 5) the liquid hand wash placed in the washroom had a very bad stinky fragrance. they need to change that with a good and decent smell hand wash.
