Set in a building dating from the 15th century, La Villa Mazarin is located in the fortified city of Aigues-Mortes. It offers a terrace and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Our relaxation area is available until midnight (sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, swimming pool heated between 23° and 25°). Montpellier is 22 mi from La Villa Mazarin, while Nîmes is 27 mi away. The nearest airport is Mediterranee Airport, 16 mi from the property.

Very friendly staff. Calm natural ambiance. Location perfect. Water not hot in morning . Need espresso machine at this level of hotel. That felt a little cheap.

I loved everything about this property. The location, the staff, the beautiful courtyard, the indoor pool with Jacuzzi, complete workout room, and the ability to book a massage on premises. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the dinners were excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well appointed And on-site parking in a private garage was a real bonus. Highly recommend. It would be lovely to have a couple of hooks to be able to hang things on in the room.

The building and the location are very nice. The decoration, but this is a question of taste. For us, it is a mix of false fancy with a cosy touch. A little bit outdated for our taste.

Hotel is very lovely and charming; staff was excellent, restaurant was terrific. Room was odd. It was large, but no privacy, even in bath or toilet areas, which have no walls or doors. Room has no windows, but just big glass wall to garden and a door in the glass wall. There were basically no windows, so only way to get air was to leave door to garden open. While there were drapes, to close them shut out all light and air. But without the drapes, everything was visible to the people in the garden, including your bed and the back of the room where the toilet, shower, and bath were. While the room was beautifully appointed and apparently I was "upgraded", I would have preferred a smaller, more conventional room with privacy and windows.

Great location , spacious and clean bedroom . There are 2 large dogs who roam around the garden & hallway. There are not a problem but unsettling if you’re not confortable with dogs . So there is a heavy smell in hallway . The owner is civil but was bit prickly not as warm as previous reviews indicated . Car parking is NOT included and is expensive at €20 overnight .

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the beautiful town of Aigues-Mortes! The hotel is down a narrow street in the town with private parking which was excellent and easily accessible. The receptionist was excellent and helped us with restaurant recommendations as the hotel restaurant was fully booked the first night we arrived and also gave us tips on the best places to visit. The room was very large, with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The ambience at the hotel was fantastic and totally in keeping with the setting in Aigues-Mortes. We didn't eat at the restaurant but did have drinks in the bar area which was very pleasant. There was some noise from the room above where people were walking around with shoes/boots on
