Fit in with the walled city. Great staff, in the midst of everything.

Very great location. So glad we got to stay here! It was quiet despite the closeness to the square. Stairs, but not too bad. Parking situation. Although, Thankful for the free parking, it is a bit inconvenient to have to run back and forth between parking lots and the hotel to return the parking pass. I guess they just have limited passes.

Breakfast was tasty, varied, plentiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked the historic building. The shower was large, modern, very nice. The location was central to the old town Our room was much smaller and more basic than it appeared in website photos. The toilet cubicle, in particular, was tiny. We booked for two beds but were given a double.

The staff were lovely, we were provided with a car park card for free entry & exit in a close by car park as the hotel doesn't have it's own. The hotel building was very old and quaint , set inside the walled city close to lots of independent shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, some poor and expensive, but we found a good one in La Gouloue The room was rather small , it was called 'superior' but didn't match up to that description, as it was too basic. info book stated mini bar there wasn't one or any tea/coffee making facilities, and a lack of plug sockets. Unfortunately our room overlooked the cobbled street where the bin collection occurred every day between 4-5am followed by the road sweeper, so sleep was disturbed.

Location of the hotel in the centre of the pedestrian section. Helpfulness of stFf For some reason, there were three beds in our room and no chairs! Very steep stairs to first and second floors.

Nice location, breakfast nice choices, great meal in the restaurant with very attentive staff Noisy if window was open, difficult stairs to bedroom. Already completed the feedback!!!
