I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at HOTEL Kingsway Hotel and restaurant on 14th Sep 2024. Unfortunately, I had to leave the property within just a few hours due to significant issues, yet I was still charged for two rooms for the entire day. The property did not match the images shown online and, in reality, was unsafe and far below the expected standard. When I raised these concerns with your team, my complaint was dismissed, and I was pressured to make the payment despite the misleading nature of the service provided. I kindly request a full refund for the amount I paid, as I did not receive the quality of accommodation and service that was advertised. Subject: Request for Refund Due to Misleading Advertising, Poor Service, and Unlawful Practices 1. Misleading Advertising: The images and descriptions online are entirely misleading. Upon arrival, the property was not in the condition advertised and posed significant safety risks, which forced me to leave after only a few hours. 2. Unacceptable Service and Unlawful Practices: I was charged for two rooms for an entire day, even though I left the property within hours due to its substandard and unsafe conditions. Furthermore, my passport was unlawfully retained by your staff as a means to force me to pay for the day, which I find to be a highly unethical and illegal practice. 3. Dismissal of My Complaint: When I raised my concerns with your team, they were ignored, and I was pressured into paying for a full day despite the unacceptable circumstances. This lack of consideration and unprofessional behavior has left me with no choice but to formally request a full refund. It is illegal to retain a guest’s passport as leverage to enforce payment. I am extremely disappointed and distressed by this experience and am asking for a full refund of the amount paid in cash. Please confirm how this refund will be processed. If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will be forced to escalate this issue with the appropriate authorities for unlawful practices, as well as file formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and review platforms. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and rectify it as soon as possible.

Only one thing l liked it is near to the durga. No cleaniness. Room was not confort enough, space of the room is too small for 2 people. Deluxe category is not fullfilling the space of the room. Staff were arrogent.

At first it is no 350 Mtr from Dargah.It is nearly 750 Mtr.I booked for Deluxe Triple Room for 5 Nights.For first 2 Nights,they shifted me twice due to non availability of Deluxe Triple Room here and there.From 3rd day onward, they shifted me to worst Deluxe Triple Room and i stayed for 3 days and never they changed bed sheets and sweep room.The linens & Towel was smelling badly.
